He won't. I and FL both trust him. He and his mother really have a weird relationship. I think if he refused on spot, his mother might have try to convince him, ask if he has someone special, which he doesn't want to reveal because of safety issues. He doesn't want his step father to know about it, that's why he didn't even say that he dating FL to SML as well. I think in the preview what we saw, he goes to attend a meeting (because I clearly saw a girl with files) with him in the same hotel (yeah typical cliche) where the dinner is, and then refuses to have the dinner with Luna or whatever.

I agree. But before he finds someone, I think he should get the realization himself have redemption and try to be a better man. No girl should fix him, but support him, love him ,care for him and help to heal his wounds.
Again the woman is not his mother. I mean what do you even expect from her? She is absent in her own son's life, how much does she genuinely cares for her own son? She never understood her own son, you want her to understand SML. She might be a pawn, voiceless everything, her life wasn't bed of roses either, but she never really took a stand. I will have to watch till ep 28 to come up with an analysis for her.

He might have told his friend to not mention anything to FL because he wouldn't go. And yes why should his friend say that to FL. FL might misinterpret just like I think she did hence she followed him to the hotel. I believe he wouldn't go, and then come clean to FL. ML and FL in this drama are so well written, I refuse to believe they would do something like this. Just like FL refused the scarf but did she say that to ML. ML found it by himself that the scarf she wore was from her friend.
I think without seeing the next episode, we shouldn't judge him.

FL's father is a good man. He is upset because his friend died and his leg got injured, its not about believing. It was reported at that time that it was the chief architect who was responsible. So FL's father would for sure think its true. But I believe he will apologize to ML once the truth is out.

Yeah maybe, that's what ML's mom said. I was referring to the scene in the preview where ML and a girl sat across each other. Sometimes they release such previews to create suspense!

We don't know if XZY actually went to the blind date. The woman in the preview was reading some files, it didn't seem a blind date but a meeting. I don't think ML would actually go for the blind date!

ML and FL are connected via their parents! FL's father lost his best friend and his ability to walk properly due to the stadium collapse and they blame ML's dad for that. From his perspective, even though, as a parent, would he really welcome the son of the person who he hates and blames so much as his daughter's boyfriend. We as audience what is correct, we know children shouldn't be blamed for parent's mistake, we know FL's parents shouldn't intrude her relationship! But the truth and reality differs. Plus her father gets into an accident again, so FL clearly doesn't have much choice, ML hid his past as well. I am not blaming anyone, but that would be complex.
They just breakup for one episode, so I completely get that. In fact there are some scenes released where FL cries to her father after his recovery that she wants to be there for ML, and they get back together soon. I know many cdramas show vague breakups, leads having major misunderstanding. But our leads can cope better, after sorting their respective problems. I don't consider their breakup to be unnecessary, yes if had stretched it out, I would have considered that. So I think its okay!

He directed "When I fly towards you", that was brilliant too! That was core friendship and romance, there was no such suspense, but even with it, the director did really well!

This FL is really nice, very well written. I don't know if you saw today's episodes but she did stuff she should have, and I loved her for that. Also you know because their pasts are inter connected, a breakup would be there, but yes hopefully they maturely makeup because they are well written characters!

We all deserve a man who takes our mobile from our hand when we are sleeping and puts it for charging! I mean the Freaking Details, this drama has shown us!! I always knew this director wouldn't fail us!

She had done that fake sleep thing. He learnt that and did it too next day in the office! hehe! Learning stuff from girlfriend!

In this drama at least, ML did not have a girlfriend or something! I don't think this was sexual teasing, I just thought it was normal teasing!
But I get what you want to say!
It was his idea that FL should stay with him in his home. ML didn't have a prior experience, plus he has many things on his table right now! Still they are shown very domesticated and homely, both of them have taken steps towards each other.
But as we all know, these dramas are mostly seen and loved by women so things are shown to cater the woman's interests. That's why you know we can see some people like SML here but if it was a SFL, like female friend, no one would have.
But I have seen plenty of dramas, in fact most of them are shown with very naive and innocent FLs who are very shy to do stuff, and MLs are the ones who are actively pursuing them. Its actually these days, that the trend has shifted a little, and its women who are being shown like this. Something I am really loving.
Again as I said, purely depends on how characters are written. I think our leads are really well written, and are shown as very lovey dovey couple, which I have enjoying!

I don't know if she said the truth or not! I actually think its better if ML tells him the truth but lets see!
I want to believe in Pei. I don't like him, but I want to believe he did not do that. If he did the document release, I will loose all sympathy for him, and even the redemption arc might not make me forgive him.
Pei did not meet any girl, it was ML meeting a girl! I don't think she is Luna. His mother wants him to meet Luna as an arranged marriage setup but ML is too smart to do that. I have full trust on him. Maybe its a meeting or something!
Same I am going to binge it again as soon as it ends!

I should watch Love in the clouds! Actually when it released a lot was happening in my life, so I did not watch it. Later, when all episodes got released I was scared to binge watch it, because it was a lot! I am relaxed by watching two episodes a day!
I am not even a very big fan of modern Chinese dramas, but this one is so good!
