My take on the tea bone is someone who has the innate talent related to the tea. It seemed like every generation someone might inherit that talent and get to be in charge. I didn’t read the novel so that’s my guess. They mentioned in Ep 1 that FL has or was born with tea bone. She can distinguish hundred of teas, revive dead tea trees among other things related to tea.

The word Rong means Glory. The story is about the Rong Family. I think that’s why they title it that way. Not the best. The original title Jade Tea Bone is more poetic.

Actually there’s clear signs that he and Rong used to like each other but they never confirmed. Both seemed to be holding out for the other to confess or for someone better. He’s the one who had a change of heart after he met FL. Such a hypocrite accusing FL of being unfaithful when he’s the one who changed first.
