On MuTeLuv: Love Me if You Swear 20 days ago
After what happened to Ohm and Leng I vowed not to watch this series, but Head2Head made me reconsider my stance, because Surf and Java were so good in it.

When I started the series I went in with high expectations — thanks to Ohmleng pilot — and I wasn't disappointed. Seeing certain comments here asking why this mini series is so highly recommend and rated is funny. First and foremost this series sticks to its plot, it set out to show us how Tum and Oh travelled to 9 temples to fulfill their promise. Secondly the enemies to lovers troupe was so perfectly executed, there was no doubt that they hated each other and yet slowly but steadily they fall in love. Third their love story is convincing, not rushed but creeping up on them, and us the viewers so stealthily yet openly that we are not surprised to see them make out, flashbacks like Messi literally in front of Oh and Tum — and yet not seen by the two love birds confirm how they had become so captivated with each other. Oh's love for his grandmother in the little screentime they get is also heartwarming.
Fourth the growth of the Main character of the story; Tum. At the beginning of the series we see a Tum anxious to belong, weak willed and indecisive, yet his interactions with Oh begins to influence his mindset, he starts to question who he really is and what he wants. The climax of the story was when he took away Oh's trousers and watched Oh break down. He learns from his mistakes, grows and fights to protect those he loves. At the last episode Tum who always ran from a fight, Tum who was always scared 'cause of his gang and followed the crowd, stood up and openly declared his love for Christopher Booying (Oh) he also fights and to everyone surprise — thanks to his preserverance — wins his very first fight without help. Character growth is further emphasized by his willingness to give up his position as gang leader — now that he truly understands what friendship means. Choosing to give Oh the very Nuea-in badge that brought about all the fighting reveals how mature and confident he has become. That he leaves his leadership position willing just to date Christopher Booying shows that he now really knows what he wants!
Fifth is friendship, Messi played by Louis is the exemplar of a true friend, he stands by Tum in all his decisions, encourages him to love Oh and helps thwart the Nuea-in gang from finding out about Oh and Tum's visit to the nine temples. Gmmtv really rocked with this one.

I have never seen a Thai bl series so melancholy, realistic and heartwarming. The pilot alone is enough to win awards at film festivals, the director of this pilot is a genius, the ability to present the past together with the present whilst looking forward into the unknown future is what makes this pilot so good. It reminds me of Jack'O Frost a Japanese Bl series which almost took the same storyline as this one but deviated with a memory loss for one of the ML.

Zeerat, I believe I have seen one of author's work, quite mature if you ask me. When compared to many Thai bl novels Zeerat's books are so different

Lu Feng's sort of love for Yi Chen, and I'm not joking, he's more ruthless than Lu Feng though more restrained…
Depends on if it ends with book one or two

This is the type of Bl series that I watch, then take a break and continue, cause I need to understand the story. Currently at episode 6 and I find this series to be beyond most Korean Bl both in story telling and acting.

And he studied psychology, he developed an obsession for Jane at first sight. It got worse when he found out that small Jane didn't want to ask for favours like others do, that's when his sick mind decided that he could trust small Jane.

Yes he loves him in a sick twisted way, though he never actually sexually assaults small Jane, he dismantled him so that small Jane could never live without him.

I'm curious for anyone who's read the novel, does Jane Patrick actually love Jane Alee? Is that why he's so obsessed…
Lu Feng's sort of love for Yi Chen, and I'm not joking, he's more ruthless than Lu Feng though more restrained in his act towards little Jane. He needs psychiatric care as far as I'm concerned

I thought that people's anger towards the younger brother will decrease after he got his legs broken by Lu Feng,…
He should have broken his neck

Title Double Helix
There is no character I hate as much as the younger Yi Chen, like I tried so hard to like that insufferable creature. Yes Lu Feng is imperfect, but Yi Chen the elder has no spine! His brother is a hypocrite steeped in selfishness, I must tell you all the truth, his broken leg gives me joy! I hate him! And if Lu Feng had broken his neck I would have loved him the more for it! I have been watching bl series and there has never been a character I hate so much! Younger Yi Chen reminds me of Dolores Umbridge of Harry Potter!

On What Zabb Man! May 31, 2026
Funny enough I am reading the novel and it's very hard for Thai bl novels to be more interesting than the series, but Whatzabbman the novel, though more toxic, is actually more interesting and ground in reality than this
