The irresponsible teacher keeps (mostly) hands off (theres a kiss if I recall correctly), despite intense feelings and constant interactions. It's a strange dynamic of "we both wanna die but you don't want me to so I won't cuz I can't hurt you" but it works for them in a cute way. Definitely one of the more unique dramas I've watched.

The student/teacher dynamic worked for me in 'Falling High School Girl and Irresponsible Teacher'. It is a fine line to walk and has to be done with care. My no go is stepbrothers/sisters. I have step siblings and that is just too close to home for me, I am afraid.

"Not with a bargepole" I totally lost it right there, couldn't continue. I apologize entirely. I might use that in the future if you don't mind. Also, my sister often screams into the phone and hangs up when frustrated, so I could HEAR Chat in my head when reading this. I had already decided not even to hate watch this one, thank you for the confirmation. <3

I love that "lack of communication" is literal a tag on this drama. I am saving this one for a rainy day with snacks <3

As soon as playboy switched seats in the back and cutie suddenly knows taekwondo, I stopped taking it seriously. A decent editor or continuity director might have actually made this a top bl, but alas, it's going in the "when I need a giggle" bin.

Shouji is one of those BLs that you could skip like four episodes in the middle and be fine. It gets better toward the end. I think Minato has some school flashbacks and goes to Shin's school events.

I also find Mr. Unlucky endearing because I am a jinx irl and relate so hard to the plot. My friends have come to enjoy my "adventures" when we go places. However, I agree, the kiss was very dead fish.

Mood indigo was beautiful. They probably cast actors that looked like the Thai equivalent, and didn't account for talent. A grave mistake for alot of remakes. Nobody can replace Noeul anyway ;P

I have been meaning to watch a few with my sib and their fiance and I was thinking that maybe Mr. Unlucky Has No Choice but to Kiss!, My Love Mix-Up!, or Minato Shouji Coin Laundry would all be perfect for this!

Can I have permission to actually create this? It would make a great party game, and I have several BL in mind to play it to <3

It's a bit of an issue for many right now. There's no clear criteria for participation posted for public scrutiny, so I assume they qualify somehow? Besides, I have faith in my group to show up <3
