Same for GC they also hve 2 season
Queen of tears because of actor fee's

And I think because Ji Chang wook fees have increased a lot in recent years that also make this drama budget higher and I think here will be also CGI

Yes Disney+ will have S1 also ,they have did it before with Doctor romantic & that song joongki & lee joong ki historical drama I can't remember the name they put all seasons on Disney+.
