Yeah, unfortunately LCZ's character (the white hair guy) is not that prominent in the drama compared to the novel. I guess from the production team's point of view, it would have been hard to film every scene twice for the 2 characters of cheng yi and also post editing would have been a pain so they reduced LCZ's scenes and gave more scenes to LSF's character instead.
