7.8???? really? why are people downvoting this so much? Yes, I get it it's dark and some people may not like that...…
"BUT, the writing on here is so good esp since it makes the audience look at the BL industry deeper(even if it's fantasy it makes the audience think)."
I think that's why the ratings are so low for this series. I don't think the viewers that just want to see hot, cute, and fit guys kissing, want to also acknowledge that sometimes the fantasy isn't always "just fiction".
Duean Yi knew that Plengrak had an ex right?! That's why Plengrak had issues in wanting to pursue his interest in Duean Yi in the first place. Duean Yi immediately started fearing the loss of his relationship, without listening to Plengrak, or confronting the ex.
I just don't understand why the writing for these characters doesn't support what was previously established in the storyline development.
I really wish that the writing for some of the female characters in these BLs were a bit stronger in allowing them to be able to see the signs that the boy, they are interested in, is in fact, interested in someone else.
Peach, Gun, and Gang are Mind's friends, yet she's not aware of the younger best friend "brother" Smart?! They haven't talked about him at all to her before?
Now Peach is going to be jealous/cautious of Gun spending time with Smart?! When both Gun, and Gang have probably been aware of Peach's real feelings for Smart before him?
Rain said "enough is enough" and did whatever possible (waiting around wet in the mansion, agreeing to have Phayu dry his hair, along with his abs, hiding the extra blanket/pillow, and using his "senior" status to have Sun stay in another hotel room) so that he can hopefully make it crystal clear (but Phayu needs to be self-less, thoughtful, and believing that Rain couldn't possibly want him), that he is Phayu's man. He knows that Baibou is pining for Phayu, but he doesn't care. I feel sort of bad for Shun, but both Rain and Khim aren't shy in showing their distaste for men that they aren't attracted towards.
Petch and Pie don't interest me at all, because they're both gluttons for punishment.
The unpopular opinion I've been keeping for myself for almost three weeks now - the mother is the best actor and…
"I feel like most of the critique the mother character / actress is getting comes from one main source - she's a woman in what many people consider a Boys Love story. So she's basically relegated to either a restrained support role or an obstacle. And since Sasiwimol is presented as neither restrained or really supportive, most people will think of her as an enemy. The reason why Wang is bitter. The power keeping him and In apart. Preventing their happy ending. She's basically the female rival of BLs at this point. And people don't like those."
Ding! Ding! Ding!
This series is much more than just hoping to see Wang ending up with In.
The need to have some sort of HEA, at the end, isn't what I'm expecting from this series.
I'm intrigued by what all three of the main characters are trying to achieve.
Some BLs should apply "less is definitely more" when it comes to their storytelling, character development, and world building. " 21 Days Theory" is a perfect example of the above.
i really cringed hard when the spanking scene came out of nowhere
Those viewers don't want things to change or progress. That's why they get upset when folks bring up all these issues, especially regarding what they call "slight sexual harassment". We're spoilin things for them. 🙄 👁 🧐
I'm happy that this series was released, and focused on the real lives, hopes, and possible loves of South Korean gay men. I really do hope that all of them can hopefully maintain their friendships. When Eun Chan, Seon Yul, & Hyeok Jun burst into tears, I could see that this series was way more than a reality dating show. These real life gay men also need to have other gay men in their lives, to show them that they are loveable, and deserving of living their full lives as themselves.
Slight more character development in this episode.
Khim nicknamed Sun, "itty bitty" when they were kids. Adorable.
Baiboa and that other precious young man, are going to be heartbroken, when Payoo and Rain don't choose them. I just don't want either one of them to be turned into the "spurned, jealous, envious, and psychotic gal/guy" who tries to make things worse for the pairing.
I know that the family obligations are very important, but damn. Rain says that he's giving up his life, for the family business, while Khim actively hates the demands his father puts on him.
Sun is slowly breaking down the walls that Khim has put up to shield himself, but he needs to start taking more care of himself first. Always passing out.

Also, is that Chonlatee's fantastic Mom?!

👏 👏 👏
Yes!! It's refreshing that we don't have those annoying sounds in the background.

Along with the "slight sexual harassment"! 🙄
