This is the first series I have ever gone back and rewatched the first 2 episodes while agonisingly waiting for the 3rd episode.
Firstly I am loving this series. The acting and chemistry between Boun / Prem is amazing. I know covid delayed this for ages but perhaps it gave them time to develop as actors. At first I thought it was just Boun that was standing out but on a second watch Prem is playing the vulnerable Team so perfectly.
On my first watch I was distracted by the Dean / Pharm flashbacks but this time I appreciated them a lot more. Brought back many emotions.
UWMA truly was a masterpiece which I’d love to watch again and again, but it made me cry so much. Perhaps soon I will rewatch again.
For now I am completely loving this series. The director is truly talented.
I do have it on my to watch list. Was going to try and wait till that one finishes first. Maybe I’ll start it soon. I’ve just started Even Sun to see more Boun / Prem.
9 more hours to wait, I’ll be in bed :( so I’ve decided to watch Even Sun just to see more of Boun / Prem, have to say so far story not overally interesting and subtitles seem to be off but the moment I saw Boun I was smiling like an idiot.
now people have gone from complaining about win's hair color to complaining about both win and pharm's hair color
Ok I’m one that complained lol. I absolutely love the series and the couples so I’m not being a downer on the show or their acting.
I can be a little ocd in life (truly ) so it stood out to me more than most. I certainly wasn’t saying it in a way to bag the show or the actors. I was just surprised the people behind the scenes didn’t think about it. Leaving Win with black roots wouldn’t have been hard.
All being said I’m probably going to watch episodes 1-2 again because I can’t wait till Sunday.
So I caved and decided to watch it weekly. I love WinTeams chemistry.
My only annoyances and I’ll get over them is firstly the flashbacks with Dean and Pharm. Fluke seems to be the only one who has so obviously aged since UWMA. They should at least have kept his hair colour the same. It’s so obvious which are from then (darker hair) and now (lighter slightly redder hair)
On the topic of hair. What probably is annoying me most is Wins hair. Episode 2 alone he went from blonde with black roots to full blonde back to black roots and full blonde in 4 scenes in a row. I know it’s petty but annoying to notice.
Still love WinTeam. I loved UMWA so much, but the flashbacks are actually ruining the flow for their story.
A nice easy watch. Did take me 3 episodes to get used to this type of comedy from a Korean series, but once I did, I loved it. Also good being a 12 Episode series as I often find 16 ones too long.
I don’t know what to do. I have waited for this series with more anticipation than any of series. I’ve rewatched UWMA. Can’t go through that tear fest again any time soon. Love it but makes me ugly cry too much lol.
Can I really hold out till the end of January or will I torture myself with one episode a week.
I caved with Not Me, Bad Buddy, and a few others but there is just something so rewarding about binging a show in its entirety.
Ep 11. Bed scene.... suddenly remind me of MaxTul scene 🤭.I guess this 2 actors can be the next MaxTul if they…
I haven’t read the novel, but I assume the ex will come into it? Do you know if Pai knows about the ex yet? Or only finds out soon? Also wondering if it’s someone Pai knows or someone from the street races.
I’ve been enjoying this series so far, but I’m not going to lie, this last episode felt like nothing happened at all. I even had to check the time was at the end when the credits started. Thinking perhaps it was half way through. Hopefully next week there is more story.
I don’t know if it’s just me but I’m already 5 episodes in and I can’t tell who the series is trying to couple together. I’m not reading anyone’s posts to avoid spoilers but this one aspect is annoying me.
I dont know how I feel about the subject manner. Its such an interesting concept but morally im like ummm is this…
Feel the same as you. I was hoping it was a translation error. But it did say he was 5 mentally so yeah that makes it very icky. Interesting concept but obviously would have been much better if he wasn’t considered so young mentally.
This is the perfect series to watch when you want something light and easy. There still is a solid plot and perfect that it’s 12 episodes. I wish most series were 12 episodes rather than 16 because the longer ones always feel slow and drag near the end. This didn’t drag to me.
I tend to rotate between serious and light. Doctors, supernatural, crime, political and rom coms.
While this did have comedy it also had more to it than that. It was the series needed in between the heavy thinking ones.
If you’re not sure whether to watch, You’ll know after episode 1-2 if it’s for you.
I can’t even explain why, but this is a Japanese BL I actually like. I don’t know why I can’t seem to get into them normally .
I would have thought with a character like Takara that doesn’t show any emotions (the character, not the actor) I’d like it even less. But I am truly enjoying this series. Sad it ends next week.

Can’t wait for episode 3 of Between Us.

At first it seemed a bit of a mess and the side couple didn’t interest me at all. But once it got more in-depth with the main couple I loved it.
Taiwanese BL’s are pretty much always great and I just loved the two lead actors. Especially Erik who played Amber.

What’s everyone here choosing to do.
