I enjoyed the series. Loved Brian and Scarlett the most. Hard to like Bae Ta Mi at times and Song Ga Kyung most…
I did enjoy that this series had a different plot to most other kdramas.
I couldn’t really support Bae Ta MI’s relationship with Morgan because it’s obvious they would never work out. They even left it at the end that their problem won’t be solved. So watching their storyline felt quite empty. She was quite cold to Morgan most of the series.
A question. Are we supposed to think that Scarlett and Song Ga Kyung had romantic feelings for each other? They certainly made it seem like it in their youth. I was confused when Scarlett was first dating the guy at work, I thought they were setting her character up to be gay.
Overall a decent series, the first half felt like it was more about Tammy’s relationship but near the end was forgotten until the last 10 minutes.

Before I get to the last episode what was with the FL’s hair. I have never seen that cut before and for good reason lol.
So the last episode. Are we really supposed to believe that after not hearing from him for 1 day she headed to the airport to go see him and the phone call makes her stay. But then 3 months go past and she hadn’t gone to check??? 1 day compared to 3 months is massive. She was at stalker stage day 1.
We are then to believe that after 3 1/2 years she didn’t slap his smiling smug face. Why couldn’t he text or call. There was no true explanation. You don’t ghost someone and then have them welcome you with open arms. Was he fully healed of the Illness that was untreatable?
The ending felt like it was written by different people. I also don’t believe he would just go work at some random health clinic when he was a genius at diagnosing. His skills were needed.
On that note the old team needed his help the second he got back with the last patient. Are we to believe they didn’t grow and get better at being drs.
Anyway I did enjoy the series a lot. Just not that last episode.
One of the better medical dramas. Unlike other shows, I didn’t actually get bored in the middle or felt the end was drawn out. The last episode just seemed out of place to the rest of the drama. Will put in spoilers my gripes about that.
That’s actually what’s put me off watching this so far. I’ve just got the American version in my head. If…
Well I decided to watch it and then couldn’t find it anywhere on any of my subscriptions. Looks like I’ll have to wait till it’s available here. Thanks for your reply.
So like many other people have written I dropped this series 3 times during episode 1 & 2. I don’t know why I just couldn’t get into it, despite it sounding like something I would like.
I finally gave it another chance, got hooked and binge watched it. Loved it, except for the slightly confusing ending (someone feel free to put in a spoiler about the time leap that must have happened for the others to be there, and whether the 2 leads did actually meet again. It wasn’t clear to me)
So it seems this drama really depends on the mood you’re n at the time. I’m glad I gave it another go. The whole cast was awesome. No boring middle part like most series.
Just watched this for the second time and upgraded my rating from a 9 to a 10. Did not get bored at all the second time (which usually can happen watching something again) I just love this series.
I love Lee Min Ho, but I deliberately didn’t watch Boys Over Flowers as to not spoil F4. If I was to watch Boys Over Flowers now would I enjoy it? Is it completely the same plot? Or will it feel different?
Am I the only one not feeling the chemistry between Kim and Porchay? I see others are all for them but I don’t know if it’s part of the storyline but Porchay seems very slow to the point I assumed that in the first few episodes he may have had a mental handicap of sorts. Am I missing something? I can’t really see Kim falling for him at this point.
Not looking for hate, just opinions or maybe more backstory from the books perhaps.

Love Ji Sung’s work.
If I watch it, will it seem different? I do love the cast for this though.

Apart from that little disappointment, I enjoyed this short series.
