There IS something wrong with KBLs. Having just watched episodes of Business as Usual and this one in succession, I find it difficult to differentiate between them as they have in essence similar storylines, neither of which are particularly engrossing, just cute boys wondering if they like each other, thinking of their past together and whether it's worthwhile to do something about it. It's about as enthralling as watching grass grow. Instead of waiting until the series has been released in its entirety, I begin watching them as each episode appears. This is not a good idea and I should exert more control over my viewing habits. Good advice for the future.

Officially, this series has only seven episodes. Still, the way it ends leaves one with the suspicion that there is more to come, for it doesn't have a caption saying 'The End' and Fifa's bittersweet departure, allied to his feather-light farewell kiss to Hem, suggests that once he completes his scholarship, he'll return and resume where he left off. I certainly hope that is the case and we'll be treated to a seven episode Series 2.

What grooming? I don't see it anywhere. Sorn and Jun are both consenting adults and according to Sorn, Jun is a bad kisser so he's taken it upon himself to teach him how to do it properly. He's also very serious about it, going so far as to tell Jun if anyone questions why they're together, he's to tell them, "you're my boy". The thing is though, Jun isn't such a bad kisser and is a quick learner, but Sorn won't tell him that because he's enjoying it too much and taking every opportunity he can to plant kisses on Jun's adorable lips. Furthermore, the more they indulge themselves the more their feelings for each other inevitably begin to assert themselves. Ah, love - it's never far away.

As noted, the subs leave a lot to be desired, but so does the rest of the production. The sound isn't the best, the songs are mediocre and there's a lack of atmosphere. The two leads are passable. I don't think it's going to improve much.

Having told Chan Yeong that he once liked him, Chan Yeong walks away without a word. The next time they meet, Chan Yeong explains himself - and just like that, everything's fine between him and Hee Su. What I wasn't prepared for was Hee Su's sudden switch to liking Seung Won with that long preamble before confessing. Of course, he had to more or less take it back and run away, thereby not giving Seung Won a chance to respond, which he managed to do the next day. It's all smiles and happiness after that, Hee Su with Seung Won and Chan Yeong with Ji Yu. It took 98% of the series to get to this point, with not all that much happening beforehand. Much talk, no real gay romance to be seen, it's no wonder so many people are disenchanted with this series.

On the strength of Ep. 10, I just upgraded my score from 7.5 to 8.0 for the sensual dance that exploded from Jaret with Gin, in what was a complete surprise as it came out of nowhere. Then to top it off, they kissed ON STAGE to the shock and disappointment of Gin's mother. But it was so worth it.

For me, the second couple didn't make much of an impression throughout the series, so I was surprised with the emphasis placed on their marriage and subsequent bed scene.

You left a word out: ... to me it was NOT the worst thing I have seen... Then the sentence makes sense.

The unrequited love Seung Won has for See Hu is going to stay that way because as far as Hee Su is concerned, Seung Won is just a close friend. For the entire ninth episode, Hee Su has been teasing everyone that he likes someone but won't say who. Finally, when he's in the darkened room with Chan Yeong and says he's going to name that person, he not only says it in the past tense but in a voiceover talking to himself, nor does he mention a name. Talk about dragging it out. It's interminable!

Jin is not just a pretty face! He fought for his man, vindicated his innocence and in return got a declaration of pure love.

After watching this for four episodes, I've decided to downgrade my rating from 8.0 to 7.5 because the more I watch it, the more pointless it all seems to be. There's this endless to-and-fro between the three protagonists, and it gets nowhere. The boys are cute, but that's not enough to make it interesting.

It's a mixture of mercenary considerations interspersed with a tawdry story concerning various boys who are being married to each other at the behest of their parents, so it's unsurprising that the nuptials are anything but smooth. Lots of shouting, double-dealing, fighting and backstabbing. The guys are all remarkably good looking, the women are well dressed but scream a lot and the family relationships are a mess. Watching this more than two hour, low budget, small screen drama is an endurance test. However, one gets used to the flow of the story and by the end it reaches a satisfactory conclusion. Though initially difficult to watch, it is worth persisting with if the overall drama appeals to the viewer.

OMG! What did I just watch? The opening sequence felt like something straight out of a porn movie but the producers were constrained so we couldn't actually view what was happening. Same goes for a later scene in the office toilet stall. As for the rest, I'm totally confused as to who is with with who with so many characters clamouring for attention and whether office work is merely an adjunct to performative sexual hijinks in an office environment. Sorn and Jun's dom/sub relationship is something else and has much room for further development. It will require close attention to follow what is going on with everyone, that's for sure.

Click on this latest GMMTV series and once again we're in this idyllic world where all the boys are cute, they find it easy to fall in love with each other and their straight friends consider this entirely natural and help things along when they can. I'm here for all of it.

So far, this has been more of a bromance than a romance and with one episode to go, I don't think it will change much. I have experienced a mild enjoyment watching it and the two MCs definitely have a certain chemistry and are certainly fond of each other. After Chun had his final delicious meal with Chon, he felt unusual heart palpitations that he didn't understand. The viewer did though, even without the usual heart pounding sound effects. But it all ended in disarray. Where will it go from here?

Rather weak, all up. The dialogue is awful, the spelling of Sia's name changes all the time, his mother is weird, always saying to him she hopes he doesn't have a boyfriend, he never has breakfast (which of course sets one up for the day), many of the secondary characters aren't nice and he was admitted to the music club only because Tham thinks he's cute (I'm summising) as his audition demonstrated only the barest of talent. Not an auspicious start.

An excess of cuteness and fluffiness, if that's at all possible. Has anyone ever been more clingy than Meunfah is to Teerak - and he's the older partner! It was a 3-part special, and considering the original series, one couldn't expect anything less.

This has been so slow. Hee Su keeps who he likes to himself and lives with three pathetic sisters who have disastrous dating records and are of no help to him. Seung Won, his next door neighbour who he's close with has told others he likes Hee Su but not him and told Hee Su he's not interested in the girl Hee Su has been pushing him to like and we finally discovered that it was a girl who has been leaving carrot juice on Hee Su's desk but since being caught by Seung Won, she's stopped and left it to him to do that. Finally, Hee Su says he likes someone to Seung Won, presumably Chan Young, whose life revolves around tennis, being berated by his father for not being good enough and a tepid relationship with Ju Yi. Hopefully, we'll get confessions from the people to the people they like next week.

Yes, that's it. (I have a bad memory for names of shows.)

They're so cute and loving together. How can they be anything else but boyfriends?
