I have to say I'm finding this series particularly dull. There's little fun in watching awkward teenagers negotiating their non-existent love lives in the hope that they may develop, yet here we are at Ep. 6 (out of 8) with Ryo not saying to Hikaru the immortal words, "I like you" because he's afraid to, though with good reason, as Hikaru has been pursuing a girl the whole time only to be rejected by her. It's telling that he said to her it's a pity Ryo isn't a girl and later he was relieved when Ryo dismissed the notion that he did indeed like him (more than a friend). What's a boy to do now?

Hmm. No one has a positive thing to say about this series, nor do I. The first episode was pathetic but the BL aspect will develop soon. Will that save it? I'll wait and see.

I think this is getting sillier as it progresses with no momentum in the love stakes for anyone, nor was it helped by the subtitles which left something to be desired.

The general consensus is that this show was sub-par in many ways, without going into details. I found it mildly enjoyable from beginning to end with nothing to really complain about. It's a romance, the MLs faced some difficulties all of which were overcome and they ended up together... sort of. Nothing more to be said. It passes the time amicably. It earned a score of 8.0 from me.

I like that Yuan is honest about liking boys and not ashamed of it. Everyone around him is aware that he cares for Qian very much and San Peng instinctively knows he is in love with Qian. It is only Qian who is not only in complete denial but also clueless that this could be the case because he appears to be stuck in a heteronormative way of thinking and can't accept that the object of Yuan's affection is him, were he to give it a thought, which he hasn't yet.

It was so dull I fell asleep before finishing the episode and had to rewatch the last five minutes to see if anything of consequence occurred. It didn't. But it looks like things between Ryo and Hikaru will develop next week. About time!

This was a good series made more interesting by the addition of the other two couples. I would describe it as wholesome and feelgood with the boss, the parents and the sibling all supportive of Achi and Karan. Nothing to rave about, nevertheless it's an enjoyable series and worth watching.

Typical JBL with lots of audible internal thoughts. It's charming, mildly funny and moving along nicely.

Confusing to the end with the final episode being nothing but pure mayhem. In a word, ghastly. 6.5.

This show just plods along with nothing of much consequence happening. As far as Prod and Pluem are concerned, the latter seems to spend a lot of effort being with Prod, often taking him home, ordering him around and doing things for him for no apparent reason. He's certainly not romantically interested in Prod because so far all we've seen is him being rejected by a girl he desires. Similarly, even though Prod is supposed to be interested in Pluem, he gives no vibes whatsoever that he is and acts very woodenly in all his scenes. No wonder it has a low rating.

But he's not actively pursuing Pluem.

That was at the beginning. it was brief and that was the end of it.

I'm finding it hard so far to get into this weird and quirky drama and I'm certainly not into the ever-present pork blood soup which is a bit revolting. It's all a bit slow and though Pun and Yo have some chemistry, perhaps it'll heat up in the next episode or two.

I'm glad Tee's character was fleshed out with awful his home life and how he met White, and overall the latest episode does a bit to ameliorate the wrong he did to Non, but I'm still not sure if Non is dead or alive. The person I like least is Por. The whole thing is still confusing because there are too many characters, too many fluctuating relationships and most if not all of them have done things they should be ashamed of.

Apart from the fact it's just not that interesting, the subtitles half the time are so bad it's impossible to know what the hell they're talking about.

There is something ineffably pure about the relationship between Pi Yeng and Ever 9 and combined with the pristine environment in which they live makes this series unique in a way that I find adorable and heartwarming, even though that may sound like a contradiction, given that this a romance between a robot and human.

Shot mostly in the seedier back streets of Bangkok, this is a raw and violent movie depicting what happens when two boys get caught up in the world of illicit drugs and the thugs who control their dispersion, who frequently find where they are and viciously assault them but who always manage to escape. Towards the end the two boys clash with this criminal gang who beat them to a pulp, punching, kicking and whacking them with heavy pieces of wood, enough to kill them, and then they are even shot, but is that the end of them? Oh no, one is a little the worse for wear and the other lies unconscious in a hospital bed, but very soon, they're up and about as if they'd never gone through these traumatic experiences. The two boys become close through their shared need to stay together but it never goes further than a bromance. The subtitles leave something to be desired and combined with how the movie is put together, it's a little hard to follow properly. It's not an easy or pleasant watch so I find it hard to recommend unless this gritty sort of drama appeals to you.
