I am going to watch this cause of you now :)
I’m glad you’re watching, it’s so much fun, some of the dates will just leave you smiling for hours. The best couple to watch is Kelvin, an architect and his partner, she enters the program after a few episodes. No date spoilers about them, but they are so entertaining to watch because he’s just a gentle, quiet soul…and she’s all sparks and adventure, she brings him out of his shell and they’re still together after filming. I watched all the episodes on YouTube, the first two do have English translations but the rest don’t, nor do they have the Auto Translate feature enabled, (which is a shame, because even though it wouldn’t be completely accurate, it would be better than nothing.) I have a translater app so I could watch it on YouTube without much issue. I believe others have mentioned finding it translated on the other sites whilst using a VPN. It’s absolutely worth watching if you can.

I know there’s an algorithm to what news pops up on your feed, but I opened my phone and there was a link to a story reporting YW has now lost over 20k followers on his Insta. And I can’t help but giggle myself into a happy dance, knowing that Cho-a’s popularity has exploded. 👏🎉

On Love Actually Season 3 Jun 12, 2024
Best season so far. If you’re looking for a cute reality dating show that doesn’t stress you out too much, ‘Love Actually, Season 3’ fits the bill and delivers in spades. Episode 4 had us laughing until we were nearly hiccuping during the roller coaster scene. I laughed more during that scene than I have at any other reality show scene. Pure gold, I had to pause it to dry my eyes because they were watering so hard from laughing. No spoilers overall with who matches up, (unless you want to read about them in the spoiler below,) but 4 couples are tentatively formed by the final episode of the season. Then after filming, the series picks up quite a few really cute specials episodes which can also be found on YouTube. In them, two out of the four couples appear to still remain strong, one of the four couples doesn’t really define themselves as being in a relationship (but they’re still learning about each other slowly) and the fourth couple isn’t featured in the first few specials, but they do eventually feature in later ones. Heart thumping couple disclaimer: you will LOVE our architect and his soul mate. They are just far too precious and fun to watch. Prepare yourself for their scenes, I couldn’t stop grinning.

Did you see the part that she rolled her eyes at YW’s answer? I think she was initially flattered by some of…
She did roll her eyes quickly, but I think she did it more or less because she felt embarrassed by everyone else now having details about her situation, which had been private until the truth game. It didn’t really seem like she rolled them because she was put off by his declarations, she’d already been flattered by those same compliments during their secret date and private conversations. I could be wrong but I sensed her embarrassment stemmed from the groups judgement, not her annoyance with anything he said. All of her truth game questions were geared towards YW as well. If she were truly bothered or annoyed by him (or by anything he said regarding his feelings towards her,) she would have at least asked one question to JH to include his thoughts into the conversation.

YW’s not a bad guy, but with only 72 hours remaining for filming (after having had his epiphany about Cho-A,) it may have been best if he took a breather for those 3 measly days and not pursued anyone, simply remaining friendly to all. Yes this is a dating show, but these are not the only eligible women in Korea and flipping the script at the last moment makes it seem insincere, he had to know it would throw things into chaos. With only 3 days remaining, he still spent one of those days dating someone that he wasn’t romantically interested in, leaving him literally less than 48 hours to rush into something else before filming ended. If I were the woman being pursued by him in that short remaining timeframe, I’d likely question everything. He has to know how uncomfortable this would make the majority of the group, and his digging for details through SS was so uncomfortable to watch, glad she finally saw through it on her brothers behalf at the end of the episode. Between his misleading conversation with SS on their secret date and then his stunt of embarrassing his sister during the truth game, why couldn’t the man just sit down and chill for two days? 😂💀🤦🏻‍♀️ And though the editing has been strange the past few episodes, one couldn’t help but notice that ALL of JW’s truth questions were directed towards YW.

apparently was filmed in september, is that summer?
We were in Korea in September of this past year (during filming,) it was very hot. Monsoon season still, so there were warm temps combined with warm rain, in fact there were flood alerts in Busan over several days during our stay. It averaged 75-80F daily but it was muggy, we were in Incheon, Seoul, Gyeongju, Busan and even the islands off the East Sea. I don’t recall ever wearing a jacket at all, even when we were sailing the Han River late at night it was fairly warm outside. We even traversed our way to Melted for some gelato while we were there but they were closed due to filming the swimming trip they all took (where they all wore matching jerseys.)

For the first time watching this show I'm feeling reluctant to watch the latest episode. I miss the initial fun…
I’d tune in just to watch CH’s comments, reactions, and facial expressions regarding YW. 👏 There’s one scene in particular where CH is being interviewed about it, and the look of irritation that quickly flashed across his face perfectly matched mine. That brief moment of his has a high rewatch value for me. 🤣

I started watching this show when it premiered thinking it was so refreshing, viewing early episodes was an escape and total relaxation time. Fast forward just a few months…I’m sitting here alone from the comfort of my couch, watching the latest nail biting episode and I can’t even get mad at any of them anymore for ruining my relaxation time. Because it’s all just become so absurd that even my swearing at a few of them through my tv screen is quite funny and therapeutic. I’ve begun to laugh at them instead of pulling my hair out. If nothing else, we have been thoroughly entertained. 😂💀Love is a crazy thing. On the bright side, our feisty girl SS is the only female in the house that didn’t drink the red kool-aid that YW’s been selling all season. 😂👏

I’ve never been a shipper of many relationships on reality dating shows, there are just too many variables. But I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m a little disappointed in CH after the latest episode. He’s such a great guy, no drama, constantly smiling or laughing. But I swear he has a stunted growth cell when it comes to his love life. Bless his heart. That said, SS is just an all around top tier woman, she’s total relationship material. Funny, smart, beautiful, caring, cheerful….and let’s not forget her seductive stares, she’s just the right level of passionate. If one of these guys could come to their senses, she’d be a wife for life. If not, there’s no doubt that she’ll have legions of single men trying to hit up her DM’s. I swear, if she and Cho-A had a fan meet together, neither one would be single afterwards, both would have guys competing for the chance to even say hello. So if there’s a silver lining, it’s that the world now knows how incredible these ladies are.

Can y'all stop actually hating on the show, PD or fans supporting their fav ship just because your ship might…
The concept of the show is really novel, but the actual dating aspect is a bit too bland, especially for a show that’s billed itself as a dating program. To me, it’s less about shipping any particular couple and more about allowing equal opportunity via random dates rather than continuously having them text a few sentences to each other each night or using the ‘sibling room’ in the basement, (which truthfully should have been used for random private dinner dates.) Due to the current format, some have rarely had many real dates at all, had they randomly assigned dates or had entire group outings, it would have been so much more rewarding for everyone. I hope all of them find happiness, because all of them deserve it.

While I’m still enjoying the show, I feel there have been a lot of missed opportunities for random date selections. One example would be having the siblings mixed up into random pairs during the talent show episode, rather than having them paired with their own sibling. Another missing aspect to the show is group activities that everyone participates in to win a date, such as setting up carnival style games in the yard for them to play (while in randomly assigned pairs.) This may have been impossible due to the work schedules for some in the group, but surely something could have been arranged that would have mixed everything up and given everyone an opportunity to mingle. Too much time was spent texting or spending time in the sibling room/basement. Hopefully if there are further seasons with new sibling duos, a better effort will be made to get them into group activities.

you knowwwwwww. lol sometimes they just miss the mark…. but this one is next level lol I would rather watch…
Hysterical! And I didn’t think anything could possibly tank as much as ‘Be My Superstar’, did, but you’re right, ‘‘The Middleman’s Love’, is definitely up there for the nomination. Now I just want to see those two shows merge their characters into one special episode where not a single person has an indoor voice, an IQ above 80, or a sensible storyline. If Thailand delivers it, we’d all probably watch it and meet up here for therapy. 💀Kidding aside, this particular series wasn’t as bad as those two were, but the sound effects and bad makeup certainly give them a run for their money.

I haven’t watched this yet but I’m starting college at 23 (24 if I don’t manage to apply for fafsa before…
Perfectly acceptable, nothing wrong with it, applause to you! Just pointing out that even the male lead looks flabbergasted when he’s told by his professor that the guy is a younger freshman. It’s actually a cute scene. But from that moment on, I couldn’t unsee it. 😂

Series is kinda cute, but the lip color shades that are on display here for two of the characters is so distracting, it makes their skin tones seem so washed out and filtered. They’re both so handsome and honestly didn’t need that much glaring color to enhance their features. Plot isn’t one you have to really wrack your brain over, but the third male lead is 30 years old in real life so we struggled to accept him as a college freshman, he looked more like a graduate student or a TA. That said, his acting was pretty good overall, in fact it was good for all the cast. The locations and sets are sparse but fairly nice, and we were laughing at quite a few scenes….so the character writing definitely had its highlights. Ending leaves a bit to be desired though, this type of cliffhanger drives one crazy, it only works if there’s a season two or special episode. Overall it’s an easy watch, we’d give it a 7/10. Would have given it an 8 if not for the campy sound effects (sometimes funny, sometimes annoying in rom-coms,) and the unfortunate apricot and raspberry colored lipgloss choices. 💀 The best part about the series for us was the Q&A session with the actors that followed after the credits rolled on the last episode. Interesting to include that, so informative and cute!

I can relate to Cho A, she’s someone who nurtures others above all else. This comes across as being too “deep” and not being spontaneous or fun, but the truth is that nurturing people like us also have a desire to be led by someone else sometimes. We get exhausted by our efforts and need someone to give us a shove in a direction, for them to take the lead and get us to go outside our safe comfort zones. Once we do, we start to prioritize all the fun experiences that bring joy to our loved ones and ourselves, we become more spontaneous when others open the door first. But it takes the right person to adjust to us initially, we need someone who enjoys being around the deep conversationalist in us, but also encourages us to go all out on our wild side. People with our motherly personalities can be a burden sometimes, we come across as too direct and serious but with the right person, we shine. Cho A’s story interests me the most, she just needs someone who balances and compliments her.

Let’s all hope that SS and CH’s poolside date is shown soon…..I really want them to have all the feels so that they both find the happiness they deserve. Plus it doesn’t hurt that the two of them together would make a visually stunning duo. ❤️

Jung Sub, Jung Sub, Jung Sub…..what can I say? Didn’t we all have that ONE guy friend in high school or University that we absolutely adored hanging out with but could never possibly date? The one we all tried giving our best advice to, but who never quite listened to us girls and bantered with us about failed relationships until our eyes were rolling so hard that our tendons snapped? The one that wasn’t quite a red flag but wasn’t exactly green either….his flag was always that weird shade of nutmeg that you discovered when you were learning how to blend red and green together in art class. But all that said, we still loved that one guy friend and we defended him as best we could. And when that guy FINALLY settled down with the one woman who took his breath away and turned him into a puppy, we all had to know every single detail about her. Wishing Jung Sub the best, because he’s creating all kinds of messes by himself and I can’t seem to look away. 😂

I wish their upcoming date would’ve been included in the preview.
Wondering if it’s because the “new participant” got to steal a date with the man she wanted to spend time with. When she was introduced, her text from production said she could spend introductory time with each guy (10 minutes) but also ask one of them to stay for a longer date that evening AND also have a date with him the next day. My guess is because she didn’t get to participate in the phone dating game that they all played, she will get to essentially steal her pick. (I honestly hate it when reality shows bring in new people, swear they do it just to cause anxiety in the participants and viewers.) 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
