I understand people’s outrage; we know that during filming the actress was 16/17 years old. However, before judging it as inappropriate, I would wait until the entire series is out and watch it first. Knowing how Chinese media tends to portray romance, I doubt anything major will happen. I think most of the scenes will rely more on implication than on an actual, explicit depiction of what is happening between the characters. Let’s not forget that this is what acting is ultimately about — pretending, not actually doing things for real. That’s why, in my opinion, we should wait until the series has finished airing...

Does anyone know whether the drama got canceled or if it’ll be released soon?
