From what I saw, Han Seung Joo wasn't happy because dudes kept coming for her at work... So although she worked hard to get to the top, it seemed unbearable because of Hong In Pyo and his buddy... So I wouldn't say she just gave it up for him while Seoul was where it was at. She chose her happiness and unfortunately, because of In Pyo, it wasn't where she initially thought it would be.
