The fact that there is no Episode #13 or Special Episode coming up is going to burn through me for the rest of February. ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฎ Especially with the fact that this show continued to get better and better along the way. ๐ฅฐ I'll probably need to go to 'My School President' to locate Hawaiian shirts now. ๐บ๐บ
There are no less than 85 things that made this show one of the happiest surprises of the last 2-3 years, and they seemed to be everywhere in this series. Giant stuffed ducks included. ๐๏ธ๐ค The locations were perfect, the chemistry was great, the acting was impressive, and even the OST has to be singled out. ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๏ธ๐ฅ
Nowhere else. . .ever. . .have I seen end credits done like this before and it was very much next-level stuff to see. ๐๏ธ๐ง๐๏ธ I don't think anyone who has seen the show hasn't noticed how special the dance scenes are by now. ๐ฅฐ Champ really created something there. ๐
I could go on and on about the pajamas and the flower scenes and the temple scenes. . .but the one scene that is going to stick with me before the rest has got to be that scene where Thi hit Noey and was so embarrassed that he ran away from the group in a panic. . . ๐ฌ
. . .and then had to run back in & out because he forgot his bag. . . ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐คฃ
This last episode took a lot out of me, starting with the way Thi went to all of their old hangouts, and when he'd look over. . .Noey wouldn't be there. ๐๐ฏ๐ They did this in 'My Only 12%' when Cake headed for the US, and it was very effective. Too effective, sometimes. . . ๐๐ข๐จ๐ญ . . .and then the scene at the gate in Chiang Mai took it a step even further. ๐ท
It scares me a bit that I'm going to go back and rewatch this series from the beginning and I'm going to see another 37 things that I hadn't paid attention to before. ๐๐๐๐ There were so many things to see in this one. . .including all of the unscripted things that got left in the scenes (like the one where Thi cat-scratched Noey's face at the school camp-out). ๐ฌ๐ธ
Tar was absolutely brilliant with what he did with this character, and I want to see him and the shirts again in something soon. ๐๐๐๐ It astounds me even further that this is Bom's first show in front of a camera. . .there's almost too much spontaneous talent there to believe that's possible. . .so I'll be looking forward to his next project, too. Knowing that he speaks English even better than I do, he could do that in the scenes, too. ๐ Santa did it and people completely lost their minds. . . ๐ฅณ
I loved spending the last 12 Fridays with this show. Even half-starved, lacking sleep, bitten by animals and dropping my cell phone. . .there's no way I could ever watch these episodes and not give the show a '10'.
I want to rewatch this last episode again before I come back with a comment. ๐บ I actually want to rewatch this in a continuous loop for the next 12 hours. . . ๐ฐ๏ธ *I was not going to say, "Again, and again, and again"* ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Before then, I can't say enough about all of the details that made this whole series work so well, among them being the perfect timing on the acting of every scene along the way. ๐ฅฐ
. . .and the Cow Pajamas. . . ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ I'm finally noticing that every one of the cows on those pajamas had a livestock ID tag in its ear. ๐
Champ really saved us on this one (and no 'High-Five' to be seen, either). ๐ Given what we've seen here for 12 weeks, I can't wait to see what he's working on next after this. A Season 2 of this show might need to go on my Christmas list for the end of the year. ๐
This is the first time we donโt agree, friend ๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ I canโt deal with his salty ass anymore! Just give…
There are probably a few crucial details we're still missing yet. . .and I'm wondering if two more episodes will be enough to bring them forward. ๐ค
Woo Jae isn't coming out of his comfort zone and out of his shell until he's willing to let his trust issues relax a little bit. ๐ฅบ In fact, up to Episode #5. . .it would take the light from 'Trust' about 2.7 years to reach where Woo Jae is right now. ๐
A lot of my insights are more of personal experience, so it's going to be a lot more forgiving than most. I see Woo Jae more as rejected, humiliated and hurt than I do as being a spoiled brat who should forgive and forget. ๐๐ There is the light at the end of the tunnel, though, over the fact that Woo Jae is pretty much hopeless to resist Yeon Woo with his shirt off. ๐ฅต
*Fades in to the Wan-Tul scene on Sunday* ๐จ *Breaks away for a Win-Team restroom scene* ๐จ๐จ
I've said it before. . .and I'm finding myself here saying it again. . . ๐ I wish we had 12 episodes here and :50 minutes each for the layers of the story we've got in this one. I'm still saying that with "About Youth' three months later, too. . . ๐
Woo Jae is a perfect example of an introvert pushing his comfort zone limits to the max to confess to Yeon Woo, and it fizzled with the sweatshirt spectacularly. ๐ฅ๐ฅบ๐ฅ Now. . .4-5 years later after a 'Door Slam' and a disappearing act, he's got his chance to throw revenge at Yeon Woo. . .but now guilt is throwing water on the revenge because he chose to disappear the same week Yeon Woo's mother died.
I'm going to make a high stakes guess that in the present day, if Woo Jae still has his old numbers and passcodes. . .he STILL has that sweatshirt he gave to Yeon Woo. ๐ I'll bet we see that thing come back out of the bag again by Episode #8. ๐๏ธ๐
I've enjoyed every one of these episodes and wish that the production had been expanded 3X more, mainly because I can relate to the attitude with both of these characters. ๐ฅฐ
For an introvert to come out of his shell to try to confess his feelings. . .DO NOT pass it off as trivia and leave the sweatshirt behind in the classroom. ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฝ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ When you humiliate an introvert like Woo Jae, you now have a dozen more walls to break down to get on the same page with him again. ๐๐งฑ๐งฑ๐งฑ๐งฑ๐งฑ๐งฑ๐งฑ๐ Because of the passcodes. . .there's still something there. . .and we'll get our questions answered properly next week. ๐๐๐
Luckily, Yeon Woo is too adorable to throw out of the yard, and his teeth have gotten whiter and whiter with every episode. ๐๐๐ By Episode #8, I'll be turning down the brightness on my TV. . . ๐ตโ๐ซ Besides how he looks without a shirt, he's goofy on a level most of us can't fathom. . . ๐คฃ When he was at the window looking for dinner, I was convinced that I was basically seeing 'Choco' as a Director several years later. โ๐ฝ๐โ๐ฝ
I'm signed up for Episode #7 & #8 as a priority next week. If they are willing to give us 35 more, I'll be up for that. ๐ These are complex characters, I like the house, I like the locations, and for an introvert trying block out old feelings. . .there is a unique chemistry here and I want to see where it goes. ๐ฅฐ
Huh?????? Wtf?????? You almost killed my boyfriend because youโre obsessed with me but like I trust you so donโt…
Years from now, they will slip a plot like this into an episode, and we will still be calling it, "Pulling A Tony". โ ๏ธ๐ฅถโ ๏ธ
This brings back some of the sting of 'He's Coming to Me' and Priaw's Grandfather getting a 'Get Out of Jail Free' card for screwing with Med's pills and never getting punished. ๐ฃ
I really like how the story is paced to give us a little bit of the story at a time, and these two episodes gave us about 8 servings of it. ๐จ Halfway through the series, I expected to see a few things turned upside down, and these definitely did all of that. Now I'm twice as anxious to see #13 to see where 4-5 of these issues get resolved. ๐ฌ
In the meantime, I still need to know. . .why is Tony still in this story? ๐คจ Besides 'He's Coming to Me', and 'Restart(ed)', this is the only series that lets felonies go with a break for a Biolage commercial and then onto the next scene. ๐ Tony should be awaiting arraignment instead of waiting for his latest paycheck.
Maybe Karma is a little slower in other countries. . .we'll see later. . .๐
These two episodes were great to watch (aside from Tony), so I'm glad I've invested the last six weeks in this series. I'll be anticipating seven for next week. ๐
I do wish they had added another minute to the hospital scene after they all got the bad news, though. ๐ข Hai Yi was at his absolute worst crouched in tears in the hallway and everyone pretty much stood there and left him like that. ๐ฃ There was time for :10 seconds worth of a hug there. โค๏ธ
This is indeed a beautiful summary of our BU journey, friend. I second what you said about this being our safe…
It should be OK. ๐ Villages will be burned and plundered if the finale goes off course and gives us an unhappy ending. ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅท๐ฝ๐ฅ๐ฅท๐ฝ๐ฅ๐ฅ

Definitely silly. . .but welcoming, like taking a warm towel out of the dryer. ๐๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐ We are already 11/12 on the series, so the finale is coming up on Friday. ๐ฌ
This one. . .depending on how they treat us at the finale. . .will be on my rewatch list until 2055. ๐

Noey-Thi was a bit character in the 'Spice Girls' movie. . .kept screaming, "Let's Get This Party Started!!" in the nightclub scenes. ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
No. . .I'm kidding. . . ๐ The 'Noey-Thi Pajama Party' has become a part of the ancient folklore among our people, passed down from generation to generation and carved into our stones to warn outsiders. ๐ชฆ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ณ๐ชฆ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ชฆ

I have been reading many of the comments and I just keep shaking my head at how many people do not understand…
