If story is an issue, the sequel doesn't need to have a story. Just make shit happen for no reason at all.

I'm here, once again, begging for a sequel. I've never come across a drama like this one before, 'obsessed with bathing' is a very niche concept but something that I relate to, so this drama was oddly comforting for me. It felt like I was chatting up with a friend.

Same! Except that instead of longer, I hope they'll make more dramas like this one (and cast boran in them XD)

Anyone else noticed those two wide shots when he was in the forest and then in the city? He looked so lonely, like an 'outsider' who doesn't feel like he belongs there. I really liked the visuals in this episode.

Fair. I get it. Never said you meant to target me, was just clarifying myself and sharing what I actually think about the drama itself as I thought you misunderstood my comment. If you're worried about the toxic mother though, she doesn't take too much of a screentime. She just appeared a couple of times in the last 2 episodes and she isn't a major character.

Today's episode made me feel so bad for him. He deserved better 'friends' or classmates, how inconsiderate of them to humiliate him together and treat him like that. Yes, he was a fake student but he was a genuine friend, his 'scamming' never harmed any of them. When they got lost, he helped those he could. When he was found, he told the rescuers about the amount of students so they won't miss anyone. It proved that he thought of them, even during such a situation, when he's literally injured and being dragged to the ambulance. He even taught them and participated a lot in their club, which was obvious by the amount of time he was shown explaining stuff in front of a board. Yet they threw that aside so they could stand on their soapbox and lecture him for taking an illegal route, basing his entire character on it, and completely discarding how he was as a person. You can judge him for fake ids but as a person when he never even harmed you? Seriously? He was a fake student but they were fake friends.

Honestly, even now, I couldn't care less about those 4 people he scammed. Not everything is black or white, it's more nuanced. He was a scammer, that's wrong. This man's no saint. They, however, were worse.

1 treated his own daughter like an object to exchange for benefits and caused her death, yet lied and blamed it onto someone else so he could have an excuse for killing him and still get a good night's sleep. 2 cheated on her husband and framed him for her own crime, then never even visited him in jail (which was obvious by the way she behaved when it was revealed that he still didn't blame her, refusing to even bring her into the case). 3 wanted to get close to a guy whom he thought was easy to influence just so he can do illegal tradings. 4 used his connections, cheated on him and didn't even hesitate before lying about drug rape/him pimping her out.

If told to choose between 'Bad' and 'Even more bad' I'm just going to pick the bad. Fei Ke's actions were more legally fucked up, their actions were both legally and morally fucked up.

Eh? I was kidding and I even put it under spoilers thinking only other viewers would read the comment, because they'll just 'get it'. We all have characters we hate once in a while, especially when they're supposed to unlikeable, it does not reflect my views on the drama. People are usually discussing the recent episodes in comments rather than reviewing to begin with, since it's still airing. Just felt like clarifying because I know the last part was referring to me, but that aside, I'm personally enjoying Regeneration and I feel like it's suspense done right.

I want to smack Fei Ke's step mom. With a sword. On her neck.

Everytime this woman opens her mouth, she asks for something. There's only greed in her heart, even when she gave out absolutely NOTHING to the person she wants everything from in return.

There needs to be more Omnibus horror movies, it feels like listening to scary stories at a sleepover when there's multiple plots in a movie.

I just realised how wild the twists are in this drama. It kept swinging between 'he's doing it for money' and 'he's doing it for revenge' they executed the latter well enough to be convincing to the viewers, but now they lean more toward the money option at the moment. I kind of wonder if they'll go sike again and somehow add the revenge angle in there too. Either way, I feel like a dumbass for creating theories after each episode just for barely any of them to happen 💀

I remember the plot though, because I just got done reading the novel. I get why it might be a good rewatch for you and everyone else (because it's an amazing drama), but personally I won't be able to get much out of it, I just want to see the story move forward rather than watching the previous part again.

They probably checked it themselves because a bad student suddenly getting good marks multiple times just to get a zero on the his very last test and a random test having the student's name scribbled off with pen, is suspicious as hell. Anyone can connect the dots.
