Yeah for some reason people take it personally. It's just an opinion~ and it's not doubting anyone's abilities in their roles =/

I like both Hou Ming Hao and Ai Mi as actors. I have nothing against them and I actually like the story/plot of this drama too.

I think they are amazing in their roles individually and match their own roles very very well but I feel (my opinion) like they visually look more like siblings than a romantic pair.

I think Riley Wang is doing really well in his role too but I think he doesn't look like Ai Mi's childhood sweetheart either since she looks so much younger than him (imo).
Not that Ai Mi is not good in her role, I think she's great in her role. Just seeing her as the love interest between Hou Ming Hao and Riley Wang seems a bit off to me.

I'm still enjoying the drama a lot because of the story, plus Hou Ming Hao and Ai Mi. They both act so well. I just try not too think too hard that they look more like siblings (imo) hope I don't get attacked by other fans as this is my opinion.

I really enjoyed this drama! It was actually even better than I expected!

He Yu as Jin Zhao is really perfect. I've fallen so hard for Jin Zhao. His eyes really speak for him, the way he looks at her tells it all. Plus, he's so hot!!

I'm honestly not a fan is Esther but her performance in this drama was really good.

The casting was really perfect! He Yu and Esther has so much chemistry on screen and off screen too! I hope they release the deleted scenes and more BTS videos.

I felt that Bai Cai was so annoying. I would get so annoyed when Wu Geng is fighting, and she's on the ground screaming "A Gou", struggling and can't get up to help but when he's done fighting, she suddenly can get up can run together with him the next second. I got so annoyed of her character and "A Gou", more than 50% of her script was just "A Gou"

Me too! I really, really can't get over Ye Ding Zhi. I didn't think I would fall so hard for Ye Ding Zhi/He Yu. There's something about He Yu's portrayal of Ye Ding Zhi that makes me feel so attracted. I don't know how to explain, but I feel like if any other actor had the role of Ye Ding Zhi, I wouldn't feel the same way.

He did let go. Those years when he was with YWJ and little Wu Xin, he was away from the martial world and all the politics. He was at the point he didn't even think about clearing his family name anymore. He just wanted a peaceful life with his wife and kid.

There weren't romantic scenes but there were scenes that were suppose to make viewers see their chemistry develop. Good chemistry doesn't need romantic scenes.

In fact even in the drama it is said they've been through so much together that he said he can't leave her. There were plenty of scenes between them, it's just the chemistry felt flat.

You're not understanding me, I'm not comparing love story. I used Hei Long and Bai Long as an example because I personally saw the love he had for her right away. I watched Wu Geng and Bai Cai for 40 episodes and nothing sparked.

I'm not going to bother discussing anymore because I don't want to waste my time on such a rude person. We're having a discussion, there's no need to give other people an attitude like "if you doesn't see chemistry between them it's your fault bcz I can see"

I'm not sure what you're talking about but they were definitely not a couple from the beginning. Wu Geng supposedly falls for her after he becomes A Gou. He didn't like her when he first met her. We were suppose to see him slowly falling for her. There's no chemistry so maybe that's why you didn't see him falling for her too.

Actually, Hei Long and Bai Long are the ones that are the ones that's already a couple in the story. IMO, they have minimal screen time but the way he looks at her, it really looks like she means the world to him.

Her character was very useless. There were multiple scenes where she's lying on the ground screaming "A Gou" "A Gou". I understand she's powerless but lying on the ground screaming "A Gou" "A Gou" is not going to help. I think the problem is she doesn't even try, she's just lying on the ground screaming A Gou. What's worse is that she can get up and run with him right away after but she was helplessly lying on the ground just seconds before. This happened multiple times.

I think they didn't resort to this plan at first because it's dangerous. He probably wouldn't let her put herself in danger if he was still alive.

I think the last assassination only looks easy because she had no escape plan since she went knowing she will die. She got nothing to lose anymore, she wanted to die.
