ooooh I knew I knew Wang from somewhere! He looked so familiar but I couldn't pinpoint why. Today I rewatched some scenes from Beauty of Resilience and he was there as Mu Nan! Woah! He looks so different from "evil" wizard with long hair in dark robes to cute high school student (though the obvious beard they tried to conceal with lots of makeup made it clear, he isn't as young as a high school student anymore) He is a good actor!
Oooh I love that they used other male models to showcase the jewellery beside Lin, damn were they hot. I think I unlocked a new type, men in jewellery. And I also liked that they brought back the song from Big Dragon during the nc scene... those two were so on fire! But 'Khun Dad' made a un-liked comeback...😅 this last episode wasn't so bad overall though.
Doe eyes? She looked crazy! 😂It was not believable that the emperor would even be with her.
Yea, always when talking to the emperor she would look at him with these big eyes, making them pop out in a way. She definitely looked crazy doing it, but the emperor was so caught up in the palace/political schemes that he didn't realise she was so crazy. But he also had a literal hand in making her act like this, the way he often was violent with her.
Call me shallow and superficial but Diews hairstyle is horrible... The bleached hair makes him look as pale as a ghost and the cut doesn't do any justice to his bone structure. The hairstylist did him bad. Which is sad because Park looks so cute on his profile picture above. The awful hairstyle plus the stereotypical way Diew as an introvert is written makes it really hard for me to watch this, no matter how much I wanted to see Bigs new series...
Can I ask where your profile pic is from? Looks like an interesting series 😄
Oh so I recognised him right 😅 Ashes of Love makes sense. He wore mostly white there. It's been a while since I watched it, so I didn't realise it was from there. Thanks so much for your answer 🥰
So in a 45min show they promote and feature the cup noodle, fried chicken, the printer, the motor cycle, cat food…
Thanks for writing all this down! I have nothing against product placement, because I know that's how they pay for the production of these series. But they went too overboard in this series. I prefer it when it's subtle, like they are using the product without talking too much about it. But they literally incorporated the products into everything and talk about them at length. If they cut out all the scenes talking about some products the series would only have like 4 episodes... it's such a shame.
