Sometimes when the love and hurt run so deep, that words are not enough to express one's emotions. It's a mature alternative to walk away to give oneself time to reconsider the facts instead of having a loud catfight which leads to regret afterwards.

My mistake - I watched till end Ep28 and it was already so sad

I can understand both of them, and how they were hurt due to the evil from the various sides, and the actions taken by several individuals to survive/save their families. Ye Li's PTSD is extreme but necessary for self-preservation. Yao's reactions are justified because there isn't anyone who he could trust and he feels so betrayed. It's like caring/caregiving for someone who has dementia (they can't help it) and then finding out some of it is an act. So traumatic for both of them - but love has to prevail, isn't that the only hope that humans have?

I watched till end Ep38, read the spoilers and that is enough for me. Will watch Season 2 if indeed Haixia comes back. I enjoyed this, but can't bear the thought of a SE.

So sad when Hailou sees and knows that Haixia has helped them along the way, but he can't find him. I'm missing Haixia so much too and hope they can be reunited once more.

Why was there no "righteous" authorities to report to - that the ship actually contained a cave/temple?

Does he have PTSD or did he get "possessed" by something?

Did anyone else witness grandma's confession?

I'm hoping we get more of the ML's POV - like his active investigations and progress in healing his legs. He should be working with his team to expose the schemers but we don't see much of that.

I'm really enjoying this, full of action, mystery, sadness and quite bizarre. Looking forward to how the plot develops with more supernatural manifestations. I cringe everytime Yan spits the razors not for the victims, but just imagining keeping them in his mouth, yikes! Yes, I know they're fake blades.

Love the fights with the tanto knives - only in fantasies can one survive so many of those. Episode 8 yay!

And crazier, I'm worried

How long will the Ye Li PTSD/schizo trope last? I hope not the whole series. Really want her to love MXY in her right mind and with no hidden agenda.

Just watched episode 1. It was funny but I wasn't overly impressed with the CGI evil god snake and felt it could have been done better. Also so disappointed that Jeremy only got 5 minutes. Does it get better in the next episodes?

I'm confused. If she was really abandoned and lost in the forest totally crazy and destitute, how did they know she was there - to arrange the marriage and to send some troops to go get her out, at the beginning?

He seems to be falling faster. I truly hope she doesn't take advantage of him for her Lishan revenge and hurt him.
