I don't know any mainstream kdrama with GL subplot so far except Pyramid game.....that drama has a gl side couple and a lot of other possible ships as the plot is sismance and female centric but the gl side couple is really very wholesome, trust me they nailed the their characters, that drama is also adapted a webtoon.

If for you tension counts when there are hints of intimacy then indeed you cannot notice one here. Coz this is bromance and ofcourse second ML being smitten is clearly obvious despite bromance. Although CSK has all odds stacked against his theory and couldn't prove the fact that present SYH is not real SYH but can anyone just see, how much he's into SYH, to make him firmly stick to his argument despite never being SYH's actual friend in the past.
