Episode 1: Considering gay marriage still isn’t legal in Thailand, I guess this show is trying to take a very firm stance against bullying, homophobia, toxic masculinity etc. Which in and of itself is admirable, I‘m just not sure how I feel about young guys in their late teens, early 20ies sitting in front of the camera and nodding along as Pond preaches to the audience. And the guy didn’t pull his punches! He isn’t in it for quick money for sure.
However , did the cast fully realize what they signed up for? Is any of it even real or just curated for maximum effect? This show isn’t your average lovey dovey BL reality show, it is almost a social experiment. I’m curious to see how it is received in Thailand!
up until episode 13 I kept thinking, "wow. this is one of my fav dramas ever." and then.....???? what the heck…
I had to drop this drama, too. Totally didn’t see him assaulting the FL coming, though some of his previous actions were already raising red flags (dragging the FL along etc). They turned him into a thug! I could actually see them fully replicating her parents dynamic 10 years from now.
I think there will be a season 2 but yes, i didn't see a new about that
While I‘d love a second season, the way they released this show doesn’t make me confident. But who knows? We‘ll know more after it finishes airing for non-VIPs.
After binge watching 20 episodes I want the director’s cut. I don’t believe we get a second season, I just…
So Yeksha is the Emperors nephew and was supposed to be the fall guy for dynastic reasons? Somewhere in there, I thought the Captain was a traitor, then they had me think the Lord was secretly evil- Eliminating the competition for the throne if he is really favored by the childless emperor. Except he wanted them to run away happily ever after?
Where did dad+granddad disappear to? Between one blink and the next, they were out of the army and them and the wife pregnant by someone else gone. Hanging out at the place Miss Chun bought?
After binge watching 20 episodes I want the director’s cut. I don’t believe we get a second season, I just think they slashed this down to get it out finally. It does have an acceptable ending, just rushed beyond belief.
I really like the female lead. She is allowed to have an adult voice and gets to be competent. Her dad and grandpa are old fashioned but well meaning, I hope her dad makes it to the end.
To some people here bodyshaming hyungsik, look at him at the Fendi event today:https://instagram.com/stories/dazedkorea/3033633799873205488?igshid=OTRmMjhlYjM=If…
It is scary how many people hold these artists to such unrealistic standards. He looks perfectly healthy and is incredibly good looking. Actually it just drives home how incredibly slender he was in his twenties and I hope he maintains his current weight.

I have no idea. TBH, ever since Princess Agents I‘m hesitant to follow book spoilers anyway- in the novel they had kids, in the drama… not so much. Who is to say how this korean drama will go?
The synopsis in AW states "A story of ... and ... fateful love". Here, it's tagged with DEATH. Those who have…
I read the first book (english translation) but read spoilers from people who read all four books. Apparently the romance kicks up in the last half of the series. Which is A-ok, our heroine starts out as a little girl. And even though romance is not the focus (the cases are), it does have a HE. However, keep in mind they changed quite some stuff around already! Our heroine isn’t 13 for starters!!
It's the way that's what it took for Bob to be called out When this should have happened the first time we got…
The way he dressed was so manipulative and his fans ate it up, calling him babygirl. There were a lot of red flags, it was just a matter of time for something to blow up.
the thai bls dont do justice when it comes to actual gay seggs scenes..... not like Japanese BLS imo
I binge watched the main story and first sequel. It is amazing, not fluffy but definitely mature, like you said. Incredibly sensual and real. No idol BL but human and flawed💙

Edited to add: I found the trailer for the first episode (?) on YouTube, beware of spoilers https://youtu.be/ZZVz2hC-hpI
Also: happy new year guys!
