I didn't read novel but just spoilers and review. Yu ex girlfriend will want to return with him, i think Ai will see them together and run away away because he was sad, he thought that Yu and her will be together again mostly also because of his dream but Yu will chase him and said he loves him.
For the rest, the dream doesn't seem to be a big deal in novel.
We will see for the drama

Can you applause how the lead couple are strong and in love ? With so much interference, they are still in love with each other and fateful to each other, yes they were so problems and misunderstanding but they are still together. I like the ending, for me it's a nice closure, no need a sequel.
