I agree with your statement about jiling having complicated story and necessary too, without telling his story other characters won't be connected. If only there was no jiuying fragment attached to wsg, many things would've been different. They could've made wsg dragon deity from the start.

Just yesterday I saw the reuter for this scene from jiling's pov 😭😭 and I really wish they could've kept it. The drama one don't show his emotions clearly and then it moves away when he is showing them.

There is no dragon god nerfing down happened here. If dragon god is truly that powerful that they don't need others help then why do you think nine sons of dragon have to sacrifice themselves to remove jiuying threat and still jiuying can release it's fragments into the world. If chi wen, the last dragon god who is more powerful than wushiguang who is a baby dragon god compared to him at the end of the drama cannot kill jiuying and had to sacrifice and make way to the birth of wsg then how are we finding faults when wsg is taking help from his friends and the hunters.

Dragon god is symbol of faith. Noble faith. People trust him that he will keep them safe.

About wushiguang, yes I admit we could've seen some high octane effective fight from him as Dragon god which can make us happy but would it be consistent with the plot. After chiwen's dragon deity power gathered inside wsg and he became dragon himself, chiwen power is no longer with him. Chiwen who is supposedly a dragon god for more years than we can count. WSG has his own dragon deity power from that point.

VOS specifically tells a point and it is reiterated so many times in the drama. " The more people have faith in dragon god the more his powers increases. The more people fear and fall into wordly vices and tragedies the more jiuying power increases." People come and give their offerings and that increases the dragon god's power. WSG became dragon and dragon god for about 2 days max 3. So how do you think wsg will have more power than chiwen and his 9 brothers who sacrificed themselves.

Best case in a week. If not they can just release first trailer type of thing during tencent conference which is in June. Many dramas will release their materials at that time and HPJC is also in the list.

Yes. It's a different project but with same storyline. But we can also assume there will be lots of novel things in the drama now that they bought the copyright and all.

This drama director who is also scriptwriter had started writing this story way back. In year '24. And once she saw Rui's birthday photoshoot she approached him for this drama. I don't know if the script was completed or not but Rui was already shooting VOS at that time and SYLM was next in line.
This drama shooting was supposed to start last year itself.

Now I don't know exact date of the novel start but when zhou xiao, director of HPJC saw that novel which was in starting stages she liked the world building of the novel. So they bought the rights of the novel and incorporated the framework in the drama. It's why this drama HPJC, can't be said as adaptation of the novel.

After buying the novel rights, idk how much they watched and what and all she changed, there are no leaks of the script anywhere. But I saw some comments and some who read says there will be all the highlights from the novel in the drama. To what extent is unknown coz the same reason, no one saw the script.

There are some characters which are in the novel but not in the drama and there are some included in the drama which were not in the novel.

He died only coz of using all 3 and 70% of baize's demonic powers to full, And it's only coz his spiritual vein will be destroyed after using that full power.

If future jiling is taking over that timeline, then wuyi too will be with him in the same universe right.

Actually for future jiling to take wuyi out, he should be alive till that point and for that wuyi has to also be there in that timeline. Without this how can they changed the past?

Actually we don't even know if it was lijie talking. They never said the names in the last part. Not jiling, wuyi and lijie. I feel there is something in between or it never made it to final cut which can tell us who has memories and what part of the past changed. Without knowing which parts have been changed it's not possible to come to a conclusion about later parts. See, lijie was commander but in new timeline, youchi became the commander. How did a demon become a commander when he always has to carry the token or he will vanish instantly.

It also means youchi and wsg arrived into shilin sect before lijie, so LJ never became commander. And LJ was a three flower hunter in the end, it meant he already have surpassed all the 4 double flower hunters. Then there's the sword of LJ, who said to him to go and get the sword. It was jiling who knows the location and why did he say that to LJ in og timeline coz he saw og ywh in him. But now who will say go get the sword to LJ and why? If no one said it how can LJ have the mountain sword?

Without jiling there so many things will stop happening. Jiling also can't stop existing coz he carries dragon scale in his heart. Only after removing the dragon scale he died or vanished.
Also jican was already formed so how can jiling die. Without jican having physical form and coming out then consuming jiling, he can't die.

So when did jiling actually die.

She says fans don't get why others don't like this drama but then in next sentence she says ' this doesn't deserve 10 and I don't understand why people rated it 10.' 🤷 wasn't she just showing her great wisdom in the first sentence, what happened later. This is more baffling than the other things she wrote.

Yeah. This is what we call hypocrisy. If they can hate a drama and rate it 2 'according to their intelligence and understanding ' why can't others like it, love it and rate it 10.

Yeah but he is actively trying prevent the fate part right. There can be other ways to bring the fated couple together too. Wuyi is already born in the past and we don't know where jilu went. Without the overwhelming loneliness and despair jiling feels, jican cannot have physical form. And they already changed the past, only thing is we have no idea how much of the past has been changed and can be changed.

Then jican would've have taken physical form and come out before 50+ years. And they changed the past so something's are bound to be changed. Who knows jican wouldn't have got to the stage of taking physical form at all.
