I really don’t know why this one has such a low rating. the romance is cute as hell. Sure, it’s not perfect, but it’s overall averagely good. Also it has an openly gay character (fav character by far). It does drag a little at the end though.
I don't understand why people hated this drama so much. I loved every moment of this drama surely the first two episodes were slow and would seem boring to some but the FML, ML and SML made It worthwhile. If anyone has any negative comment on how slow the drama is or how the ML is weird I think the complaint should go to the scriptwriter which too is not completely right in my opinion because the drama was very different from your typical rom-com yes it had the same cringy elements that make a rom-com. This was a good drama and the actors played their roles well.
Kang Hae Jin's arrogance is so triggering. I have to fast forward whenever he's in the scene. 🤮 Oh poor Hae Jin - a rich and famous celebrity who is also a chaebol and struggles with life because he apparently can't get what he wants inspite all his money. 🙄 His backstory is not sad enough to make me feel for him. He is just a lousy character.

I might nitpicking but in EP 1 at around 56m, they show us a picture of the Canadian city Vancouver. Someone didn't do their job because it's not Vancouver but rather Quebec city. It doesn't snow in Vancouver and part or the Goblin series was filmed on location in Quebec city.
I really loved it. 1st bc I love the main actress (binge-watched this one right after finishing Marry My Husband). 2nd bc I liked how the relationship slowly developed. 3rd bc Jung Ji Ho and Sang Eun were really cute together. I didn't find a 'deep meaningful message' to be conveyed in this plot, but I find it always nice the 'I want to love and be loved' reason for a drama. Plus, I don't like when there's a character who's always scheming to separate the main couple, which it doesn't really happen in this one (like the ex who doesn't accept the end or sth like that). Having doubts whether to watch it or not? This is a light drama, with slow-burn romance and a little comedy, and all the main characters struggle to overcome their own traumas/non-resolved issues. If you want sth like that, give it a go.
ngl this wasn't bad but it could be better if they didnt drag all the chaebol drama so much. also the second ML really pissed me off i literally skipped all scenes with him idk why i just couldnt like him. he was just childish and too pushy with the fl ;; the ml and fl scenes were cute also the scenes with the ml at the office were the funniest and most wholesome for me!
this was such a cute drama definitely recommend it. at first I was starting to dislike the SML but he warned up to me. jung jiho was adorable. plus any drama with park kyung hye will always be hilarious. she's such a good comedian. anyway 9.9/10!
This is how you make a good drama. No single boring episode and a lot og likeable characters. I'm proud of Nam Ji Hyun cause this is the only kdrama i liked her acting in.

Well that wrapped up nicely😊I do however wish it was an American drama though because it would've went on for…
its always one sided. She never had romantical feeling to him, while he probably swinging around adore her, or care her, or love her.
The way i see it, his feeling is not that deep to call it love. He just care her more than a friend, but less than a lover. Because she married first, and she love her husband (now ex), by the time goes he just get used to her. So he never let his feeling develop more, even when she is divorced, he and she just get used to each other.
loved the drama. womance is the best. can't believe i almost didn't wanna start yet another legal drama but my love for Jang Nara won over me and im glad i did . will miss this drama, was the highlight drmas for my friday <33
This was such a great series. I love that the divorce of the CEK was just part of the story arc and not the entirety of the show. Much better to see her repair her relationship with her daughter and navigate finding herself again afterwards than dragging it out. Really liked the big sis little sis dynamic between HYR and JH. She at one time had that relationship with her father’s mistress and thought it was tainted, it was sad to see her lose that. I could easily see this getting a second series.
Regarding the girlfriend/secretary losing the baby. Was it ever brought up? Did he ever tell anyone? Does his…
No…the baby discussion pretty much ended with him desperately trying to lie to his daughter that there was never a baby & it just him & her. This was right before she told him that she will punish him by never seeing him again. That he needed to see the consequences of doing something wrong. The ties & infos of him was pretty much cut off till a year later in the last ep. Daughter was determined.
