I happened to come across a clip where it seems like the ML and FL are on a mission in a hotel but the ML just kept going closer to the FL and trying to initiate skinship with her. Is this one of those moments? LOL

I was initially interested in this for William, but reading the comments... guess I'm not watching it anymore lol. Feels like good modern cdramas usually only include light romcoms but never the more action/thriller stuff. Seems like the forte of cdramas are more leaned towards the historical/xianxia/wuxia genre.
if anyone's ready to move, please let me know your secret cus i don't know how to at allll
Not that I'm ready to move on, but I think watching a drama of an entirely different genre helps. Helps you take your mind away and the different genre allows you to stop comparing with TLB. For example, since TLB is a historical cdrama, you could try a modern-day cdrama, or since TLB is heavy on politics and plot, you can try a light romcom/slice of life drama, etc. I think a big reason why viewers aren't able to move on is because they start comparing the current drama they are watching to TLB, so I guess switching genres helps!
Difficult question to handle. Mimi 0108 has given a very good answer. The pandemic reason is not so strong. As…
Ah!! Thanks! I know him from Bloody Romance! Would have been interesting to see him in this role since he hasn't been in any dramas for so long. But well, Wu Lei rocked his role so I have no qualms at all xD

If Wu Lei wasn't the first choice for ML, then do you know who was? After seeing Wu Lei play Ashile Sun, it feels like nobody can come close to portraying Ashile Sun this perfectly anymore.
Hello all! I'm very surprised by the huge amount of activity in the comment section. It feels like a big family of individuals with similar interests just making friends and discussing their interests with each other, which is super nice!
As someone who prefers to watch dramas after they are completed, I realised that I missed the golden opportunity to read and discuss with everyone each time new episodes have been released :( and there's far too many comments for me to scroll to see what people have to say for each episode. Oh well!
I'd just like to quickly add that TLB was overall one of the better produced historical cdramas out of the massive influx of historical cdramas that's been happening. For me, Wu Lei was the star of this drama, because his portrayal of Ashile Sun was extremely well done! Remembering the time I first encountered Wu Lei through Fights Break Sphere, I would have never been able to picture him portraying a character that warrants a huge amount of masculinity like Ashile Sun. Alas... he's exceeded my expectations spectacularly! He's such a great actor and his eyes are extremely expressive. I feel that this was Reba's best drama too. I still remember how piercing her eyes were when she was pulling her bowstring and aiming her arrow at Ashile Sun.
Really enjoyed this drama and it will have a special place in my heart!
The recent nationalist sentiments and scrutiny against sageuks is concerning. Even the "fictional" tag will not work anymore. I just hope the sageuk genre does not become dulled down because of fear of backlash.
Discovered him in Fights Break Sphere S1 and thought he was cute even though he only played a side role. Happy for him that he's gotten so big :) I wish the best for him and to have many projects in future :)
I hope some kind soul will post updates about when S2 has started filming, whether the main casts are returning, etc! Any type of news please! Thank you!!
I'm curious though. Why now? He starred in other big dramas too but no one ever exposed anything like this about…
Probably because his victims are finding courage after the numerous revelations of bully cases of other celebrities these past few days. Plus, it seems that defamation and the like are criminalised in S.K, so even if victims want to speak up they cannot for fear of legal sanctions.
PLEASE im so excited for kim nam gil and seo yeji!!!!!!!! I absolutely LOVE the genres for this drama omg but im lowkey sad theres gonna be seasons cuz that means we'll have to wait for months for the next season to air :'(((((((
I've just finished episode 7 and I have decided that
I will drop this drama. I am NOT feeling it with the ML. He forces her to do as he pleases, even when it is against her wishes. He is a schemer and has made FL suffer because of it. He pales so much in comparison to the 2ML that I'm just never amused when its scenes with ML and FL, but only FL with 2ML. This kind of manipulative, forceful ML is a big NO NO for me. I would never fall for a guy like him irl. I get that it is a drama, but ultimately, its got to have its logic as well. With such a bad start and impression, and limited time on my part, I've decided to drop this drama since others have mentioned the bad ending and the lacking plot anyway. To those who enjoy it nonetheless, keep watching and enjoy yourself :)
