This drama made me realise that I actually love when dramas stab me in the heart with their traumatic and heart-wrenching scenes but then proceed to give the most lovable and cute interactions between the leads like nothing happened. THAT'S how you know that the characters are truly meant for each other and will continue to survive together through all the ups and downs ❤️
guys if u like zhou keyu u can follow him on instagram u can search "daniel zhou" its verified account…
I'm a little worried that he got overwhelmed with the sudden wave of followers and the fact that his fam cave now has over 120k people in it 🤯 hopefully he'll continue to be his silly self without restrains
waste of my timethe writer just copy pasted everythingsame......zero novelty, the writer is at fault here and…
wait what do you mean by copy paste? If you're referring to the novel, that's the whole point, because it was adapted from it and actually a lot of things were changed I'd also argue that it's definitely not a romcom
can we please appreciate how NES breaks all the traditional drama stereotype? the fl here proposing away first…
Technically both of them had huge trauma, but yes, ML was always a ray of sunshine!! Peak golden retriever energy 😌
I also noticed so many iconic scenes that I've never seen elsewhere, like the bus and motorcycle scene or the 4th wall breaking scene where they were assembling the matryoshkas 🪆🤣
okay, you do you, I do recommend to watch episode 17 though, because there's so many cute scenes with them and…
Awesome! I hope you enjoy it <3 It goes downhill from the second half of episode 18 and their relationship gets better around the middle of episode 24 with no "downs" from there on relationship wise, so you can decide whether you'll want to continue it :)
Can't believe I will drop this drama i waited the longest for..I love the leads, their acting is great, chemistry…
okay, you do you, I do recommend to watch episode 17 though, because there's so many cute scenes with them and there's only happiness on their side! Just skip the scenes with Jiang Yan and you'll be good 😁
Fair enough, that's how I feel about rich ML x poor FL trope. Way overdone (even this drama had it) but we can't seem to escape from it. I only like it if the plot is original enough or sometimes it's exactly the the pure loserism on ML's side that makes up for it
it's a cdrama ml , so being red flag is not allowed only being a simp and make a joke of himself by being jealous…
good observation! I think it might be because dramas are more oriented towards the female audience and seeing the ML down bad and desperate for Fl's attention to the point where she is like his air, is appealing! There's a reason why many drama watchers are joking that their standarts in men are too high after watching these dramas 🤣 I myself don't mind these cliches as long as they're done right. I was tired of the classic poor girl - rich CEO boy trope, so even though they still like to make the male lead a rich boy, at least nowadays he's also a loser in love 😁
well it's not exactly a light summer drama, especially the latest few episodes... there were indeed a few uncomfortable scenes, but I think it should get better now
I'd also argue that it's definitely not a romcom
