Fake Kawamuea, real Kawamura and the women pushed him down are classmates. At the last scene, Natsumi said there's a person who stole the popular card. The one who stole is Yoshida-kun bc no one cares him and he doesn't get any attention even from his parents. So he decided to steal the popular boy's life. It's not revealed in the movie but Natsumi got tracked of the culprit bc Yoshida-kun's habit is hiding things in the manhole. He was full of confidence in not getting caught bc no one ever noticed him.

Well, you won't fully understand if you haven't seen the movie

I don't know if you have watched the movie but here. Kawamura Shunsuke the one who fell into the manhole is fake. Because he is actually Yoshida-kun who killed the real Kawamura Shunsuke to steal his body and life. The corpse in the manhole is the real Kawamura Shunsuke.

The plot is so obvious and I was able to guess 90% correctly. But it was a fun ride.
