It is not what you were waiting for.

Um well, I don’t have many good things to say about this show, I wasn’t really mad about who Jojo picked, I was more pissed about how they showed it. I was going into season 2 expecting a lot obviously because season 1 was great. But then when the trailer came out it felt different. I don’t know the vibe and how the characters were portrayed also the plot none of it felt proper. It was 6 episodes I don’t think that was enough for this show or even the plot. I hate how Jojo never had to explain one thing to anyone, she would just walk around and hurt both of them. In the end, Hye-Yeong getting her was obvious but why did she pick him. The plot, in general, was missing something and in the end, Sun-oh’s character was completely told off basically he had no part in it in the end. There was no development to him or to any of them in general. In the end, Jojo played them both and sometimes it felt that she was just going with Hye-Yeong because she felt bad. I wished the writers would have put a little bit more effort into why, WHY SHE WAS DOING EVERYTHING. AND THEN SUN-OH they tried to give him this PITY HAPPY ENDING, but in the end, his feelings weren’t resolved. I feel like I wasted 2 years waiting for this show and I only got Jojo explaining nothing to Sun-oh. AND THEN THE PLOT WITH THE MURDERER HUH WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT, IT WAS 6 EPISODES AND SOME OF IR JUST FELT USELESS. I am going, to be honest, and say that I just watched this for Sun-oh and every time this poor boy was hurt. I fucking cried with him, this show did nothing for him. I don’t recommend it if you are expecting it to be like season 1. I will give credit to the scene of this show the OST wasn’t the best but the scenes and camera angles made up for it yk.

Surround yourself with the things that make you happy

Bro this show is so cute, actually, no that’s not how I would describe it. I really like it, I watched this show when it first came out and I rated it a 7.5. I honestly don’t see why I would rate this higher. It’s pretty good, there are many things that I wouldn’t agree with. For example, how they treat an idol, Deok-mi treated the idol like it was everything. But I liked the message I got from the show, “fill your life with things that make you happy.” Her room was an example of how you should fill your life with things that make you happy, The plot of the show did fall a bit and got a bit boring at times, but I would give the show credit for how it shows the life of a fangirl + dating. As a fangirl, I feel like dating would be weird, not for me but for my partner. Her Private Life isn’t really an old show but like it’s not like the new ones. You can see in the plot that it’s really different from shows nowadays, you won’t see your typical girl getting kidnapped or the relationship between the two mains be in danger. I feel like this show is a show you would return to after a hard day. There are really cute moments in the show but also there are mature moments. When saying mature I don’t mean they will yk get sexual but their relationship is a mature relationship. This is not a high school, first love drama, it’s a drama of mature people in their mid-30s. But it’s worth a watch, both the actors were perfect at their roles. I’ve watched a show with Min-young in it this year and she basically has the same role in this show, she fits it so perfectly. And Jae-wook is so hot, that’s really all. ALSO, let’s talk about the soundtrack, ITS SO FUCKING GOOD AHHH, I LOVE IT, it fits the show and it feels nice to listen to 10/10.

Lean on me

Honestly, this show was pretty good, there were points in the show where I couldn’t stop smiling. In the beginning, I really didn’t know how I felt about it. I saw there were like 16 episodes which made me feel off. But I could say it’s pretty good, a little drawn out but I loved the plot. I’m not going to lie there were moments that made me want to pull my hair out, but overall this show was cute. I wouldn’t completely go over the description that is on MDL as that isn’t the biggest problem. I thought that would be the biggest problem but seriously that’s not it, it’s a warm show. To put it together this is an office romance show, if you’re into that give it a try. I wouldn’t completely say that this is about older women and a younger guy, there are bigger issues in the show. Also on the MDL page, it says it’s a comedy, this show isn’t funny. Not saying that in a bad way, but rom-coms are different. This show is a more feel-good drama. Everything about this drama will make you want to continue watching. The first couple of episodes will get a bit boring but you just have to get through those get to the good part. The director picked great actors for this role, I’ve watched both of them in shows before and equally love them in these characters. I literally have the biggest crush on Rowoon and his character, this man is so fine and so tall, a scrumptious man. These two have great chemistry, it didn’t feel awkward watching them, also the side characters were great. I loved both of Hyunseung's sisters, their stories were great. And the plot for Song-ah I wished they went into depth with it, but like it was a moderate amount. The soundtrack not as memorable but I did listen to it after the show and it’s not bad at all. Episode 15 will put you on edge, but I 100% recommend this show.

It's a cute story

I’ve watched this show a while back and I remember really liking it, I still like it, but I feel like it doesn’t hold up to the shows I’ve watched so far this year. But to be fair this is an older sure, it’s 5 years old now so that’s possibly the reason. The scenes between the two mains are really cute, I love their relationship from the beginning to the end. These two have great chemistry, this is a very peaceful drama and very cute. It’s a nice pass time, I really liked watching it but something the scenes just become boring. I love how in this show gender stereotypes were being shown and being broken it was nice. When watching the show though I kept called Jung Joon Hyung, Nam Do-son from Start-Up AHAHAHA MURDER ME FOR THAT. This show is really comforting so if you’re stressed out you should go watch it. It’s an old one but a really good one. There are so many cute scenes in the shows and Bok-Joo's relationship with her friends was just everything, I also liked how this show dealt with Jung Joon Hyung’s anxiety. Also, I really liked the description of first love in this show

It's such a good show, though it's slow-paced for some people

I’m not sure If it’s everyone’s cup of tea because it is slow-paced. I love the plot, though the guys in the show piss me off so fucking much, except Ji-ho. And the people that watch it, maybe iffy about it because of how slow-paced it but there is just enough action to try and move onto the next episode. It’s a nice show on a cold day. The girls all of them made me so happy, Jeong-in, Seo-in, and even Jae-in are incredible and I do have a thing for Ji-ho. The actors were all really good and the scenes made me feel comfortable. Most people might compare this show with Something in the Rain, I see it, I see the vibe. The soundtracks in this show are so good, I listen to it on repeat. I think the way Ji-ho and Jeong-in’s relationship started was my favorite, how they stuck with each other for the whole time. And since I have a thing for kids, I am not living out Eun-u, my baby he’s amazing. All throughout the show, I didn’t want anything to happen to him and Ji-ho. Even tho I didn’t like the other men in the show, they are great actors cause obviously I want to punch the hell out of them. Again the actors, mostly the main ones are so great, their chemistry on screen was so good, everything about that show was so peaceful. Something about this show seemed so calm but there was still something little about it that made you kept watching. Anyways I hope you enjoy the show, it's not everyone's cup of tea as I said.

OMG YOU NEED TO WATCH IT (it's literally a gem)

Oh my god, this is so good, high school romance stories sometimes feel repeated but this one was just great. I’ve watched so many high school romance dramas but this one was just unexplainable good. I loved all the characters and the plot. It is literally so wholesome and I had the fattest crush on Eun-taek, that boy made me feel bubbly. All the members had great acting skills, it left me wanting me after episode 8, but honestly, this is great. The plot was great, it was very relatable, and it made me cry. Oh, episode 6 or 7 had phenomenal acting omg it was just yes, that scene between Ho-rang and So-hyun oof it was just so powerful they really need that scene. ALSO, THE DATE THAT EUN-TAEK AND HO-RANG WENT TO AHHHH, their relationship is basically what I want in a high school relationship.
Also, this is a warning before I talk about the next but *SPOILER WARNING*
In the panic attack scene, they felt so right, they didn’t feel forced, sometimes shows just go over the panic attack scenes, they’ll never really put effort into it. But in this show when Ho-rang had her first panic attack, it was exactly how you would imagine it. I feel like some people won’t like Ho-rang in the beginning but that girl is the best girl end of the conversation, she needs a hug omg.
OH, ALSO Yeon-jun's cameo OH MY IT MADE ME SO SURPRISED. I went into the show without knowing he was going to be in it but was just chef kisses. I also like how they addressed how in a relationship you need trust, doesn't matter if it's between partners, parents, siblings, and/or friends, you shouldn't always believe rumors, they won't take you anywhere. And they also showed how in a relationship with anyone you need to give them time, time is so important not just in this show but in real life, you'll see in the beginning that Eun-taek times everything, it's just showing that every second in your life matters. But anyway, this show is just amazing, might be a little biased since the relationships in this show are exactly what I want, but give it a watch, you'll fall in love.

This is an oldie but a goodie

This is an oldie but a goodie, obviously it’s not that old, but it’s not very recent. I’ve watched this show so many times because of how good it is. There are many memorable scenes from the show, a lot of them are also really funny. There are some scenes that make you want to skip badly, which I skipped a lot. Sometimes I wanted to slap Young Joon so much because of how into himself he was. But his body made up for it, that man is built to a T it is YES. I feel like the plot did become boring in the middle but the scenes were really fun to watch. A lot of people really don’t like this show I can’t tell why, I mean yes, the plot goes boring sometimes but the scenes from their memory really hit hard. I cried during this show that’s how sad it was. Mi-so really never popped to me AND NOTHING WAS EVER WRONG WITH HER. The only thing she was lucky about was her being under that beautiful man, I’m jealous. I feel like now watching is back, this show really doesn’t match up with the newer shows, but this is still a really good watch. I remember watching this when it first came out and it was really popular, After watching it back, nothing was wrong with Mi-so and she and Young Joon are both great characters, there many hot men in that show as well woooo.

Though mist people do not like this drama it's not bad I will say

I'm new at this review writing so please excuse me if anything sounds wrong.
This show is so nice, you are going to have a second lead syndrome while watching this show. Though I love the main guy of the show, the second guy is so ahhhh. Dal-mi had a nice plotline, I like how she grew as a character, I don't know if I would say the same thing about Do-san. He felt plain but at the same time not completely plain, if you haven't watched it, you'll see what I'm talking about. But like Ji-pyeong had a ton of details behind him while Do-san ended up being Do-san. Our last main character, In-Jae, Dal-mi's older sister. I really like how she grew, in the end, you see her development. I cried while watching the scene of Ji-pyeong so this show is kinda tear-jerking. I did skip a couple of episodes because it felt a little drawn out, but at the same time it was watchable and I would 100% recommend this to anyone.

Be a little selfish sometimes

To be honest, in the beginning, this show made me want to run, away. Though I didn’t give up on it, it’s actually pretty good and I grew a soft spot for it. It’s a slow-paced drama though, so if you’re going into it wanting fights and etc, this isn't really your drama. I would actually recommend this drama even if you don’t like slow-paced ones. The relationships between the two couples are adorable and it doesn’t look forced. Yk how sometimes actors just can’t fit the role, that is not the case. Shiwan’s part in this show is everything, in the beginning, I really thought this man had no emotions, that’s what turned me off from the show completely. But then watching it more I grew to him and now I want to give him a kiss. Though the OST isn’t that memorable they still fit the vibes of the drama. Also, I loved the addition of the LGBTQ characters in the show, though nothing went far with him he had a special place. We’ve seen Se-Kyung in many other shows, her acting in this one is chef kisses, all the actors/actresses in this show are just great. I think this show had enough of everything and in the end, even from the beginning, we knew the two main characters the two main couples were completely different from each other. In the show we particularly grew with these characters, we saw all of them grow,. And in the show, this was repeatedly said to love yourself before you can love anyone else, and sometimes put yourself in front of everyone. It gave a great message, I 100% recommend this whether you like slow-paced dramas or not, it is so worth it. Every episode just keeps leaving you wanting more.

It's not like the Chinese one but it's kinda worth it

When I first watched this show, I didn’t really know how I felt about it. I remember just watching a couple of episodes and then leaving it but honestly, I like it. It’s cute and short, I liked watching it. Also if you know this is the remake of the Chinese version, I was expecting something like it, but really this felt like a different vibe. I like how they didn’t exactly copy the Chinese one, if you watched the Chinese one, you’ll see that some of the scenes weren’t there. Also, there were newer scenes, it felt good. I wouldn’t say I will watch it again, but like if you’re bored this is a really cute story to get onto. I had a huge ass crush on Heon oh my god that boy is pretty. Also, the scenes after the to be continued part AHHHH, they were so cute. I don’t have much to say about it, the scenes were pretty cute. I love the chemistry between the two main. Also while watching the show a question came into my mind, if you had to choose would you choose a boy like Heon or a boy like Daesung, it’s probably depending on the person but I feel like Heon is completely my type. This show also made me realize how much of high school I’m actually missing out on because of covid. To put it all together, should you watch this show, yea 100% if you’re bored and don’t have anything. But watch it after watching the Chinese version.
