The only thing worse than that would be if that disgusting alpha father found out he's a true omega and tried to turn him in to a baby-making machine who gets pregnant every nine or so months. He'd be a walking incubator - though he wouldn't do that much walking living permanently inside that freaking nest.

The opening scene this episode, with both of them, was about as dry as last week's bread. It legit felt as if Ongsa's actor, bless his soul, was reading the script out loud while staring at Nakhin's lips and/or pouting.

Nakhun's POV: "No baby? Why did I go out of my way to give Phatsa all that attention and care, then? What a waste of time. Still, I don't like that my soulmate is sick. How come he's so stressed out just because I made him move in?? Sure, I constantly leave him alone, seldom let him out of the house and always make him come back before curfew, but we cuddle every night before sleep. What a pity he doesn't value that! Heck, I'm so generous I let him indulge in hobbies he hates, such as flower arranging, and I even allow him to work with me sometimes, but does he care? Nah! He just had to go and get sick... I do hope he feels better, though, or else we will have to stop forking so frequently. Anyway, let me go back to work for 12 days straight, half of them in some hotel - maybe I'll get shot again in the meanwhile, but thank goodness I never have to explain why! tehee!"

edit: this is obviously a joke. Nakhun isn't like that, but he's so emotionally withdrawn that he comes across as aloof a lot of the time. He was raised by a dominating yet distant father and a mother who clearly never speaks up, so of course he'd have trouble expressing himself. It's not his fault he's like this - but with 7 episodes behind us and only 5 to go, he needs to do better, faster.

THANK YOU. You're the first person I've seen who agrees with me about NakhinOngsa. The actor who plays Nakhin is trying with a horrible script and he sometimes manages, but Ongsa... not so much.

It sucks how the plot is secondary to the exposition. It needed more show and less tell.

Only babies are worth it, obviously. Who cares about soulmates, anyway? Phatsa doesn't need to feel secure, happy, safe or close to him, since if they weren't soulmates and if he wasn't an omega, they wouldn't be together. He should be grateful Nakhun allows him to leave the house and go to the café sometimes, and that his curfew is so generous... (contains sarcasm)

edit: It's pretty obvious Nakhun isn't like that, but he's so emotionally withdrawn that he comes across as aloof. Right? But the whole family, as well as the staff, treat him like a child all the time, so of course they wouldn't tell him. He's just there to slide down the stairs, make flower arrangements he doesn't want to make, cook despite not being interested in it, spend his time alone at home even if no one's there, obey curfew and sleep with Nakhun.

And if there's ever a baby on the way, he will graduate from child to enigma incubator, which is even worse...

Because the father in law wants to use the pure omega as an enigma-baby factory. He just doesn't know who he is yet.

Nakhun has no emotional awareness, it's kinda shocking - I'm still not over him being shot and never even telling Phatsa (he found out vira Nakhin and so long later...) I've met walls that communicate better than him!

I thought it was completely obvious that he wasn't pregnant yet. His relationship with Nakhun is still as shallow as a teaspoon and he needs to become more independent BEFORE having a baby, not after. There's still a lot that should logically happen before that (then again, this show is very weak on logic)

I think it would be boring for the new inspector to be a mastermind, he hasn't been around long enough. Neo is more likely out of those 3, IMO. And the uncle as a future victim. A_A But my favorite suspect is still Thun~

I keep thinking Phat/Praew's uncle was involved with the whole incident and framed their father/faked his suicide - but I might be overthinking it just because he's always trying to keep Phat away from investigating. >_> Dunno. But I don't think he's involved with the Nekros situation other than that he might be a future victim if I'm right about his role in the incident.
