Honestly, the divorce that happened in this episode shouldn't even count towards their numbers. It seems like blatant insurance fraud to me if you buy the insurance and then immediately file for divorce.

You don't find him purposely ordering food to the wrong room so he can peep in on her creepy? I for sure do, they aren't even really friends at the moment and he has no right to do anything like that. Every time he says anything to her, he says it rudely. I'm also fully aware that he likes her, but that doesn't excuse his behavior for me. And you can't say I'm taking it too seriously when his best friend in the show even called him out on how he treats her

He hasn't given her any reason to like him. If anything, he's only given her reasons to dislike him

At this point, I really can't stand the Jae Yeol. It's no surprise that she isn't interested in you, barely tolerates you, and would prefer just completely avoiding you when all you do is creep around her, act controlling and overall just be rude af to her. I know he's going to be end game, but imo he is the worst choice out of the 3 mains we've met, maybe 2nd worst if Mr J is actually a playboy, but there's no proof of that yet.

Ji Won imo is the best out of the 3, but he needs to make it more obvious that he's interested, otherwise he'll just be the best guy friend for eternity

FL is apparently super street smart, but is actually stupid af. Nothing she does or schemes really make any sense, and almost never work.

ML seems so caught up in his stepmom issues that he doesn't really care what the FL does to him. Yeah, he gets mad, but then he's fine before the days over even though what she's doing is basicaly like balancing his future over a cliff

The 2FL is one of the most annoying characters I've ever seen, not just in the chasing ML sense, just in general, it's like she has the mind of a child.

The assistant is the worst assistant I've ever seen a CEO type character have and should have been fired ages ago.

There's something off about the 2ML, beyond him having an affair with the stepmom, but it hasn't come to light yet, and the FL is like super crushing on him for some stupid reason. He's not even that good looking imo and isn't even super caring about her.

The actual villain of the story is his stepmom who hasn't really even done anything, at least yet. It's obvious that theres animosity between ML and her, but that's it. I honestly don't even care that she's having an affair. She's obviously a trophy wife seeing as how she's roughly MLs age and MLs dad is a POS anyways

Why is she so deadset on stealing the contract? She literally only needs her dad's contact info that's on the contract, and can get that without stealing it and becoming suspicious. Also, the constant flirt till she thinks she has it, then immediately shut him down as hard as possible until she realizes she is wrong thing is stupid af. They portray her as an extrememly street smart person, but this entire "mission" of her she makes completely stupid decisions. Flirting with him and keeping up appearances, then ghosting him as soon as she leaves would have made way more sense in every single scenario where she tried to break it off if her goal is honestly getting her dads info.

Also, his assistant giving out his home address, driving a girl ML is actively trying to avoid and has 0 interest in to his location, and overall caving into the side girls every demand just because he's into her should honestly cost him his job. If i was the ML, IDGAF if it's my parents or siblings, you don't as a personal assistant give out ANY personal or schedule information to anyone without your bosses consent. If some random person showed up on my doorstep like she did and I found out you were the one who told her, you're gone and if possible, blacklisted from doing that job for anyone else in the future

YiYi trying to coax MiMi away from Jiang Lai like that cat didn't pick her as her person at the first meeting was hilarious

Just finished ep 3 and man, the FLs anxiety has to be through the roof right now lol. Yeah, she's conning him, but I still feel bad for how much she's going through right now

There was the dream kiss, and that's about it as actual romance. However, like a solid 5% of the shows screentime is JaeYi and SeulGi staring at each other with overwhelming sexual tension. It was never stated, but they were absolutely a couple, and some of the best chemistry I've ever seen

If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend Love Scout. Not really a comedy, but the main couple is amazing and is like a textbook mature romance

I agree that they shouldn't be in an affair (or at least a known affair by the policy holder) when they get the policy, but affairs happen and are a very legitimate reason for divorce. If you get an insurance like this, then later find that your SO is cheating on you so you divorce them and the insurance refuses to pay out because of the affair, you would feel like it's nothing but a scam. If the policy holder is the one with the affair, then they definitely shouldn't have to pay out

To me, she is crushing hard on him and he's not quite there yet. He has feelings, for sure, I just don't think they're conscious feelings. He is the only one that knows how she's living in just a shell of a home and knows it's affecting her, so I think he's actually just inviting her to live with him legitimately as roommates until she processes everything and is able to move on, subconsciously because he likes her but also just because he's genuinely a nice guy and considers her a friend

The mental gymnastics you must have gone through to come up with this insane take. She wouldn't have any way of knowing that building belonged to his dad, was there for work, and was visibly uncomfortable as soon as he arrived, actually running from the building away from him. The farm one, again she was there for work and nobody would think that a young 20's guy that appears to live in Seoul would be the village head of a place 5 hours away from Seoul and again was very uncomfortable when he turned around. She also continuously tells him no, but he just ignores it and keeps saying it's fate.

If she's a gold digger and only after his money, she's doing a very bad job of acting interested in him.

Still TBD, but it's been implied that her mom is also really strong, so it's probably going to be something like SWDBS, just not as extreme

I fully understand the comments hating on the dancer guy. He is by far the worst part of the show for me. He isn't funny, his antics aren't cute, doesn't understand literally running away from him let alone her saying she isn't interested. He's nothing but cringe and annoying and I can't see why people are defending him or even liking his character

I could be wrong, but I would assume it's to make his name fit better with Korean society. The vast majority of the population has 3 syllable names, family 1 syllable name then personal 2 (sometimes 1, not as common) syllable name.
