I don't know why the rating is so high. I dropped it after one and a half episodes, the characters are the typical…
Not saying to pick it back up, but I struggled through the first 2 episodes, I think it took me like 4-5 days to watch them. Starting at ep 3, the story picks up and the whole show finds it's groove imo. If I were to rate it on the first 2 eps, it'd probably be like a 6-6.5, but episodes 3-6 make the mid 8's rating a realistic one. I'd give it an 8.25 right now if I rated shows before finishing them
At this point, not really. The closest thing to a friendship that's been shown is Yeo Ri with Yun Gap's mother, and that's more respected elder than friends
I've heard that for females, height minus 115 is considered their "ideal" body weight. So for 62kg to be "okay" she would need to be 177cm. It's an insane standard, but I've seen it multiple times
Exactly, this is such a missed opportunity, but maybe the script fitted a movie well rather than a show.
yeah, I replied before I saw you posted this 4 months ago lol. 4 months ago, I would have completely agreed with you and for some reason thought yours was a recent comment lmao.
Agreed though, I like both actresses. Can't say I didn't like Wedding Impossible, but I just didn't care enough to finish it. It wasn't bad, just didn't grab me. I liked the other 4 titles you put though
I'm planning on giving it a try this weekend, but not expecting much tbh. The last 2 (actually 4) romcoms I tried…
Haunted Palace is marked as comedy, but I wouldn't consider it a romcom really, but it's been pretty good and has thriller elements if you wanna give it a try though

Dropped that, finishing Divorce Insurance strictly for LDW and LJB even though it's frankly just bad, Potato Lab was watchable but I wouldn't recommend it or watch it again and My Dearest Nemesis was okay. It's just not been a strong year imo

I don't either, and haven't seen todays episode yet, but at least up through 4 she's never actually accepted him as her guardian spirit, therefore she has no need to serve him. Once they make that symbiotic relationship she will

There's been quite a few BL dramas that came out this year, and Friendly Rivalry was GL adjacent, so I'm assuming SK changed a law or something where there isn't as much restrictions on gay romance for dramas. Could absolutely be wrong though
I was planning to watch it but then I felt like I was not in the mood for comedies/rom-coms at all... :/
I'm planning on giving it a try this weekend, but not expecting much tbh. The last 2 (actually 4) romcoms I tried were pretty bleh. Seems like it's not the year for KDrama romcoms
I found it a bit difficult when they switched from Kim Young Gwang to Yook Sung Jae for Gang Cheol. But Episode…
She's not supposed to serve him. He wants her to and she's been refusing to all her life. She's basically a natural shaman but doesn't have a guardian spirit, so she isn't a full on shaman
He was a typical scholar bound by the bonds of Confucian morality and ethics. Stupid idealist. However, he decided…
One thing about that though, shamans are banned from the capitol. Sending her there, even if she was able to help, was still essentially a delayed death or banning sentence.
If we do, probably only in flashbacks. Maybe (I HIGHLY doubt) Yun Gap comes back towards the end and Gang Cheol will return to his other form, but I'd put that at like .0000001% chance of happening
To me, the whole drama was meh, like a 6.75. There was a lot of filler and just plain weird plot lines. The most glaring example is the 3rd couple. I can see being friendly with your ex, but they were way beyond that, to the point that her bf calls him to take care of her when she's passed out drunk in a hotel room? Or the girls dorm manager, who kicked the FL out after staying 1 night was just completely cool with him practically living there? They spent so much time on that couple, then gave it no real conclusion, so other than taking up time, what was the point of it?
The Divorce Insurance and Crushology 101 have really bad ratings. Okay with Crushology 101 I'm not surprised 😁…
Both shows had the cast to make good shows, it's the execution and script of both that's the problem imo. I'm caught up on Divorce Insurance and going to finish it, but I'm not even finding the motivation to watch Crushology any more and haven't seen the last 2 eps yet
