Yes, it's good thus far. I also agree with what Forsythe said about making sure you watch at least 3 or 4 episodes, because the tone does start shifting later. Also, I totally recommend to you to check out Triage if you liked Spare Me Your Mercy (both are adapted from novels written by Sammon). I also agree with the Khemjira recommendation they gave you, and if you end up liking Khemjira (which is horror bl) then I'll recommend you another, Goddess Bless You from Death.
