honestly would have given this a 9.5 or 10 rating but because of what I mentioned, I ended up giving it 8.5

I liked it so much that I binged it all in 2 days but brooo that ending was so not it 😭😭😭 first of all, how could they just make him commit suicide so quick??? after all he did he should have rot in prison for at least a couple more years. it’s no not fair because that’s what his innocent father had to go thru and then finally nam gyu man got caught but ughhh that’s so unsatisfying (and super unfair). also, apart from the villain not getting what he deserves, poor jin woo and his memory 😭 that ending was also so open ended and I wonder if she ended up talking to him properly but I just feel so sorry for them 🥺🥺.

Honestly, it’s good that this was made in 2024 because if this were to have come out in the 1990s or 2000s, they definitely would’ve killed off one of the main leads to make it extra tragic and unforgettable and heartbreaking.
I gave this a 9.5/10 and will def come back in a few months to rewatch hehehe :)
