For me, one of the saddest scenes in the show was seeing him as a child taken away from the fisherman that raised him. That was heartbreaking 😭

unfortunately yes, unlike Chinese dramas, where the same pairing can happen multiple times, Kdramas almost never do that. And that’s a shame. I also dread the end of this drama. I don’t know when I’ll see amazing chemistry as they have.

because he’s actually not the “rich and cold”. we find out early on that he’s not the real son and he cares about the heroine a lot. so not cold at all. but I know what you mean. he’s my favorite too

I haven’t seen a couple with better chemistry than this one in a Kdrama. Ever.

I’m gonna watch Big Mouth one of these days. cause I literally have nothing to watch (despite the hundreds of dramas in my to watch list 🙈). The trunk is very interesting. Unique. I enjoyed it. and it wasn’t boring at all. You could definitely watch it while waiting for WTPR. (my 7 ⭐️ rating of The Trunk is because I didn’t really liked the ending, I can tell you more after you watch it if you want)

omgosh. you are right 😳 I just went and checked. Netflix Korea with 7 million followers on instagram hasn’t posted a thing about WTPR. but has been highly promoting The Trunk and Mr. Plankton. This is super weird and suspicious. why is that??

I have the exact same problem. I tried to watch multiple Kdramas and Cdramas while waiting for the episodes of this to come out but nothing seems good right now. I end up dropping all of them 😅

oh my gosh. you described my feelings about it perfectly. I felt exactly the same about the second half of the show. it’s like the writers were on a “writers block” or something and they were out of ideas. and it started so so well. this is my fourth or fifth Cdrama in the last months that had this flop midway. why can’t they finish a drama on the same level as they start?
