Irrespective of anything, kdrama writers gives love interest to FL. It doesn't matter whether she is terminally ill or fully healthy like a super woman. I'm not criticizing at all.

People who focus on fitness dying due to cardiac arrest which are increasing at alarming rate. People who don't focus on fitness dies after battling with various health problems for 10 to 15 years.
They did dirty to ml ex. Making her bad person in that relationship. I don't mind if ml is flawed but this is not the way to justify his behavior. In future definitely ml, fl relationship will be miserable.
So they're gonna drag unnecessary traingle until the end. In this type of drama a subtle romance ml and fl is enough. What's the need of 3rd party. It's not romance based drama.
I hope writers main focus will be ml, fl characters and their relationship but it seems 2ml will stick to fl like a glue until last episode justifying "Head over heels" tag
It seems korean softcore porn movies comeback finally. This movie is heavily inspired from jav porn. If you like sex scenes just watch it already. Two young actress are really good. A threesome scene would have made movie complete.
Didn't like ML character at all. FL character that goes nowhere. Both ML, FL character comes with typical kdrama privileges. Their love story initially started well and then turned into dry and then turned into completely empty. They barely has any moments that makes their relationship emotionally strong.

With fantasy genre in hands, writers should've taken more cinematic liberties to enhance both ml, fl characters. Emotions partly works. Ending okay.
