One of the cringefest drama i have ever watched. Too many embarrassing moments. Hatoff to these who watched this drama without single frame. You guys have so much patience and tolerance.
Okay so I know feminism is a little shaky in Korea and Idk how to phrase this more eloquently but you can tell…
First of all this is historical drama. So one can't see characters from modern day lens.
This drama most of the time gives equal importance to both male and female characters. Male characters has slightly more importance because that's how storyline goes.
So we have feel it as comedic to have ML dreams about fl and her ex. It rather appear as pathetic. As an adult why he didn't dream about they having 🔞 thing instead of just kissing.
ML character is really uninteresting in this episode. He needs to man up and stop acting as child and leave FL to make decisions on her own.
FL also kind of giving false hopes to her ex despite saying he makes her uncomfortable. She needs to stop ML interfere and set things with her Ex once for all but it seems she still has deep down unresolved feelings for him.
I really can't say FL really has any romantic feelings for ML at this point. I'm not convinced at all.
She never get over her Ex. He came back before her feelings deepen for beom.
Maybe he realise his mistakes and how much he missed her?. But something is not adding up. These kind of tropes don't make drama interesting but instead give headaches and frustrating feeling.
I hope they give some character arc to FL ex and tell his side of story instead of use and throw.
Reality or not. Characters should be either entertaining or interesting. Literally every character is lifeless. Even by the end, i couldn't care about any character.
He was never a significant character. Just a character that LeLe let go like other. LeLe lived for only one person…
Choosing a romantic partner is also big thing in life.
They bring romance just like that, throw it away just like that. His character arc is inconsistent and so random. Just to show he became another burden she needs to let go of him. Literally zero efforts from both of them to save that relationship.
This drama has chance to balance both relationships but they chose melodrama.

Ex character doing what he supposed to do, while ML doing things he not supposed to do. ML character is purely embarrassing at this point.
ML didn't lose anything really. He separated from his wife. She rather became a burden than his strength. Nothing left btw them.
FL lose her lover and seperated from her husband. End up alone. She has to blame herself. Good for her.
