I think it was about getting Kim Joon to use his influence in the heart foundation to bump Seonyul to the top of the transplant list. SooHyun and her husband would definitely know if Gunwoo's heart was donated. Besides the age issue, donor match etc. I've never really believed that Gunwoo's heart went to Seonyul.

A lot of it comes from people who don't want to see a "pretty boy" be more successful and admit his talent.They think he is undeserving of his fame and success.There is a reason they will argue ,curse out his fans and throw insults.That's not constructive behavior or constructive criticism, because they don't care to see him do well, they only want to mock denigrate and insult and never give him credit for scenes that he absolutely does a fantastic job in. A true critic doesn't get all riled up and engage in throwing insults at his fans,They criticize specific scenes and will also give credit for scenes where he does well. What is funny are the hate watchers ,like watch something else if you hate him on the screen so much, i cant get my head around that.
At the end of the day ,we are not even saying he is the best of the best, but he definitely is doing a very good job and continues to do better. I see his growth since MIIGB and i also applaud this given the fact that Fantagio bogs him down with so many activities. Seonyul is not the judge and the reasoning by the courts was that the accident was unintentional. We all know that the judge was paid off to give him a light sentence ,he also apologized in court.Seonyul's anger given the facts of the case he knew at that time is understandable ,it is his father. Exposing her cheating husband and cheating sister is not the end of her life ,she set some events in motion by murdering his father,her going to jail and demanding a divorce despite her husband's pleading led to his cheating with her sis.
If the same happened to you would you not feel for your dad ? Would you say kudos and job well done Soohyun for killing my father .

How has he even ruined her life? All he did was expose her unfaithful husband and he didn't know of his father's role in Gunwoo's death because his mom didn't mention anything to him before her accident.Lastly his mom only died recently .For the past 7 yrs she has been comatose and he hoped that she would wake up.He only overheard his dad's awful conversation with SH after his mom's death.I don't think it's a reach to hate the person who ran your dad over,his anger without knowing his father's true role was justified in my opinion.
Kim Joon knew he wanted vengeance for his dad's death because he mentioned it to Kim Joon and gave Suho's cheating pics to Kim Joon .
Kim Joon offered to be his new dad and also took responsibility for his mom's coma care to keep an eye on both of them .

Considering the fact that Gunwoo survived the initial accident and could have been taken to the hospital , the person who left the gate open just made a bad mistake. The real villains are KJ and KJW who plotted and ran him over a second time.I pity SY's mom, realizing your husband is such a jerk and paying with your life for trying to right his wrong. The reason KJ offered to look after Eun Min when she was comatose was to keep an eye on her and her son. Such a filthbag.

The reason he seemed to be solely focusing on revenge against Soo Hyun was because he wanted to distract Kim Joon. He was working for Kim Joon and also gathering evidence of Kim Joon's corruption. It was mentioned in the drama.

I think it's a bigger tragedy when cheats and scumbags impact a person's life to the point that it stops them from experiencing true love and happiness.Be kind to yourself.
