i did not bother to watch the last 5 episodes and would personally give a 3/10. there should have been character growth for the female lead, but there was not any. So, don't like such writers who think that love, relationships are only a one way street. Even for that matter, friendships are also two way street. There needs to be work done on both sides for anything to work.

That is what they believed. It looks like he was a loving husband after that. But since the candles did not burn the entire night, he gave her a night with her later after he realized that she did not have a wedding night where her candles burnt.

The second female is just as toxic as the first female lead. Both are narcissistic and egotistical females. Instead of talking , they just scream at the male leads and assume that they are always in the right and goad out the male leads. Such poor writing. If this happened in real life, they would be kicked out without a second thought. Making the ML like a doormat does not help the situation that the female leads are playing.

I agree with what you say. Even though Gan yang wants to marry - he is still in the university and not mature enough to forsee what his actions are causing. Even DZ was the same without telling him about her family issues and only when push came to shove, she did, because she did not want to lose him. Right now, GY has three issues to handle. 1, Money issues that he has to come up with 200 mil. He has no idea how to get or where to get it. 2. His mother is in the hospital in a coma - that is pretty bad by itself. 3. His father wants to commit fraud and implicate everyone and the company that his mother strived to save and he does not want it to go under or be under investigation. Father does not give a shit about anything other than money. In addition, he wants his son's GF to be involved in it. who he cares and loves.
He definitely has lost his bearings and takes the easy route of hiding and showing his facade, instead of dealing with the issues on hand. In one of the trailers, he is seen hiding somewhere - the friend who likes him - and tells her about it. - which I basically put it under maturity - he is not strong enough to deal with all and he does not want his GF to be hurt. IT takes a lot of strength to come clean about his parents and deal with it. Especially when it come to a loved one.

definitely. They say men are from mars and women are from venus. Both of them were in difficult situations and one felt (or made to feel )secure enough to confide. both being protective of their parents and it is easy to confide when there is debt vs. a parent being in prison.
