I`m not policing. I just dont understand why ppl would give a bad rating just because they are disappointed its not a bl or not your typical bl? as if its so bad to watch a none bl drama. putting the false promotion aside (which we can agree on was not right, cause they were baiting bl lovers), if ppl leave out their expectations, maybe they would appreciate it more. thats what I`m saying.

its hard to believe to me that they realize their feeling only at the end after 10 years though xD

like I said, this is not a bl drama. its a drama about friendship and family. soulmates can be friends too. the definition of a soulmate is not a lover. and if ppl would put their expectations and disappointment aside, they would see how deep the bond between the characters is and that the story was not disjointed or pointless. and def not hard to follow.

this is neither a bl nor a lgbt+ series lol

dont get me wrong, I know bl is a different genre and lets say, open to lot of stuff. lol I just feel like ppl cant accept sth different because of that.

I rather watch a drama were the character have a real and deep connection than watching them f*** in every episode. ppl dont appreciate deep bonds between characters anymore.

well, the character never said any romantic stuff to assume they had romantic feelings for eo, at least to me. so assuming they were just from the 'I love you' in the end, idk.

well, I`m not japanese and never lived in japan, but I`m pretty sure (like @sentidos said) that modern japan can be quite different. in the end it doesnt really matter. we will have to ask the director about his intentions to be 100% sure.

why skip? they clearly had certain expectations about this being a bl drama, which it isnt. if you dont understand that after watching, you clearly wernt watching it. no offence.

to me this is about a soulmate friendship, not a bl. but ppl expect it to be bl because of the cover and tag. actually I dont understand why ppl cant be open about such stories. instead they are disappointed and write bad reviews as if someone tricked them into believing this was a romance. lol

because friends never say 'I love you' to eo? love comes in many different shapes, it can be romantic love, brotherly love, a deep friendship, a love for your pet, for your parents etc.

I really dont understand how ppl watch this gem and be disappointed its not a romance or bl and be all 'ohh there wernt even touches bla bla bla' like DID U EVEN WATCH IT? its about friendship!!! soulmates dont need to be in a romantic relationship. friends can be soulmates too for fucks sake. educate yourselves will you?
