let's remind ourselves that the first episode of this drama started off in the present like 20 or more years after the main couple meet.

sadly if you haven't read the manga/ light novel (original) or watched the anime you'll be quite LOST. It was a bit underwhelming, but I like rewatching the main couple's scenes

although I really like the movie, the reason I watch these new dramas (like kimi ni todoke) is to see more scenes being covered. the manga is the best version, I think. I hope we get to see kou fighting for futaba's love <3

I like the movie

the male lead is good looking, but the rest of the cast is wayy better in the movie. (the ML as well)
but now I've binged till ep 4 and have to wait for it all to air!!

I don't think they could change history if they base a drama on real people or something like that. I like that the good guys tried their best till the end

I actually started ep 1 more than a year ago, but then didn't really get into the story and found out about the ending and only ended up finishing it more than a year later. and I'm glad I did! it's a touching love story, even though since it's a shorter drama, some details weren't shared but I think it's okay

seryeong's brother actor acts in king2hearts, except I didn't really notice it when I watched that drama which I guess proves he's a good actor.

if you're not interested in history or more in political scheming and court dramas you may not like this. but it never bored me. I think if it's obvious that all the ministers are stupid than are the scheming is stupid

finally a historical drama which has mostly instrumental OST and I think no songs with english words! truly hard to come by nowadays
