When they were still filming this drama, I started reading the novel, and I finished, I think, mostly the first…
the screenwriter choosing to only portray the cannon events is doing good. I do miss some of the details (slice of life ASMR things) but that wouldn't help move the story.
Lmao...who are these 80% percent...it's heartening when pple lump international watchers as low media literates who only care for face cards....this is why we're getting trash dramas all over the place aka POJ.
Jaysus may I never meet those who rate based on face cards only ...
ummmmm NO.... it's cringing watching someone who can't act ... play pretend. Lmao. I've dropped alot of dramas that had beautiful people because thier face card can only take them so far.
Woah Reba's best has to be Eternal Love and the sequel Eternal Love of Dream. Might be old, but it is a classic
I couldn't finish that drama. I am talking about in terms of acting. I don't like her acting style in her previous dramas, and I think for Grave, there's a subtle change to her that has made her Simu for more convincing.
I think both Reba and Arthur are perfectly casted. This might be my fav. and probably Reba best work. I'm only on chapter 38 and was hoping to finish before the drama aired, but I think I might finish the drama and then repick up the novel.
The five senses are sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch. Simu cannot see color and hear music, while she has…
Hmmmm...I don't remember if they mentioned or not, but when she played the pipa, it's by muscular memory. She actually doesn't know how it sounds like.
Someone was complaining about the color gradation, and yāall⦠itās not bright 𤣠Itās desaturated⦠literally devoid of brightness. My guess is the spirit world will have saturated colors and darker tones and be brighter. I love this contrast.
The editors do not decide to compress or cut out a scene. They mostb definitely do not touch anything to do with…
You are mostly correct. BUT good scripts bring in the Editor at the screenwriting stage to map out the edits. Then they SHOULD be granted creative license to redit the final project. That's why they have a screenplay, a shooting script, and final script. So yes, the editor is partially at fault for poor transition. In Jade, it's not all censorship fault, it's poor writing and poor editing.
I like the production design of LBTG, it's unique in the cdrama realm.
