I'm happy he didn't get the girl. I don't wish a SB to my worst enemy, that's how bad she is. She doesn't deserve…
I'm aware of your sarcastic remark with the usage of the word "dear" hence I addressed it, as I refuse to attach such a word to GJC, it wasn't a sentiment I feel which your words made it seem like I deem GJC as someone dear. Also I clearly made my stance on how and at which points I find GJC as someone pitiful which has no connotation to KSH's faults at all. I analyzed all of the characters separately and since the original post that I replied was about KSH and Sabin's relationship---- "I'm happy he didn't get the girl. I don't wish a SB to my worst enemy, that's how bad she is. She doesn't deserve him, she deserves a stalker and a killer and she got one. I Wish them happiness, hopefully he won't fall for other and will need a heart or otherwise, poor Sabin." I made my remarks on KSH's faults as he wasn't that much of a catch in my opinion.
"Sabin was a distasteful character but Kim Soo Hyuk was an awful one despite his redemption at the end." He became a good person by the end but that doesn't annul his faults that he has to atone in his life time.
Like I said countless times, as a prosecutor he was "awful", his moral compass was faulty and if not for CHB's memories it's hard to say that he would mend his ways in this life time. Whether I call him bad, awful, evil or whatever it is just a word that I used to imply that his behaviors were unacceptable and needed to be corrected. Which is also true for JB as I mentioned before. Both of the characters become good/normal human beings after they got their memories from the past. At this point I don't understand even what ticks you off with my post. p.s. You really should look up what a hate speech is, for reference, calling someone awful for the awful deeds they've done ain't one of it.

I'm not an awful person because I said that KSY as a character was an awful one, he fabricated evidence to put people behind bars because of his "belief" and until his memories got one with Cha Hyung Bin, he didn't even shown any remorse for what he has done. Let's not forget he shot someone with the purpose of killing him. And please tell me what exactly I don't know about a fictional character in a 16 episodes long drama that you do. p.s. Where did I even mention GJC as someone dear, he was pitiful for the abuse that he went through and getting all the blame instead of Goo In Woo but I never excused his crimes nor behaviors.

When his two personas got one with each other his choices weren't dubious nor hurtful to anyone, he chose to take his revenge in a lawful way so his final version was a good human being. But that being said I don't think GJC was that much of a horrible person either, he was f*cked up and deserved to be punished by law but he was more close to a mentally ill person than a horrible one. p.s. Cha Hyung Bin + Kim Soo Hyuk combination was also a good person at the end as he also found a way to redeem himself.
Kdrama writers should STOP romanticizing toxic love. Just stop. STALKING IS NOT CUTE. It never was, it never would…
I think this had one of the best portrayals of stalking and how bad it is. She reprimanded him and he actually back tracked after that. His behavior was never excused nor shown as something romantic. Their love triangle was toxic though that I can't deny.

Sabin was a distasteful character but Kim Soo Hyuk was an awful one despite his redemption at the end. p.s. Gong Ji Chul was such a pitiful character though, Jung Bom wasn't but since they became one with their past the last version of him was a good person after all.
This was beyond fun, I usually drop this genre in midway or at least skip a third of it but this one was so good, ugh , I love the world building and I love the message behind it , also the romance, it was super cute with a one of the best male lead characters ever. I was ready for a cringe fest cold male lead but dang that was a total 180 there, perfect husband material I tell you. Female lead was a bit classic in someways but I love how she kept a perfect balance between a pitiful orange and a strong princess XD. She was just so cute and likable, for real though, it's hard to not like that actress, she just melts your heart.
The only thing I didn't like to much was the lack of romance scenes, in the japanese version I liked them together…
What a twist though, it's always the kdrama versions put the unnecessary romance to jdrama originals, kinda refreshing to see the opposite.
p.s. Though, weirdly enough I wanted some romance in a drama for the first time, I mean those two had that chemistry spot on, fingers crossed for a future romcom collaboration.
Can I just cry? I love crime/suspense genre but this one gave me a sense of longing similar to "signal". I can't believe how attached I feel towards to our characters, they were so heartbreakingly beautiful and flawed. * sigh *I want to give a huge hug to gahyun and hyungjoo, they're just one those characters that shall stay with me. Also, I can't give enough thanks to production team for bringing out such a special drama to us.
I'll be rewatching random episodes of this whenever I want to feel it's warmth again. This is such a wonderful, brilliant drama. A true slice of life done to perfection. I haven't read the novel(I'm desperately searching for an original or translated ebook copy, yet no avail so far) but I believe the drama is very loyal to the source material. When it's done right, a drama/movie based on a book can create magic, which in my opinion is what happened in this case. I just love this drama, this is my morning filter coffee and afternoon earlgrey tea, the little treats I give to myself in the form chocolate and the rising sun that shines on my face, a blazing sunset that fills my heart and a full moon serenity at night. This drama is like every little happiness that makes up your life.
Just watched the first two episodes. Amazing. Can’t wait to continue to marathon this one
As much as I hate waiting for each episode, this one deserves and needs to be watched that way, each week is so full of thrill and comments are such a joy to read.
Okay the twist in the ep18 was heartbreaking, expected yet still heartbreaking. P.s. That scene where Hyung Jo imitaded Ga Hyun was so cute^-^, after this I need them to shoot a romcom.
honestly youngwoong has it ROUGH.poor boy got bullied to the extent of changing his name and dieting, had a lying…
I kinda ship Serin and Youngwoo now, like in a world where Serin plays her cards right and not turn into a stalker, they could fit well when you think about it. Idk. One way or another everyone on this show seems to be pitiful, even the extras in the background might have a heart wrenching story. Sans Go Jae Young that piece of sh*t.
I didn’t really like Se Rin from the beginning .. I don’t know why but something about her was putting me…
Serin was off putting from the get go and I was mad at her after the number she took on Ga hyun and Bae Jun Tae but damn, her death was so pitiful. She was a poor soul afterall, I hope at the end someone can reset and save her and others.
I love this show, it's my cup tea but aside from all the awesomeness of the story , acting, production and everthing can we just appreciate how Lee Joon Hyuk has a good guy role(hopefully it'll stay that way till the end). He has that perfect romcom face and feel yet almost all the dramas I've seen him(6 out of 7), he was the jerk, not the mention that he was in the supporting cast. Only in City Hunter he was an upright character yet those who've seen it know how he ended up. Give this guy a romcom lead, I hate romance in Thriller/Mystery/Police dramas but when you have a romcom goddess such as Nam Ji Hyun next to you, there has to be something going on and since everyone seems is dying one by one, I'm not really against a bit of fluff in the midst of everything.
