Kang Moo is extremely incompetent, and an ANSP agent on top of that. He constantly puts people in danger with his recklessness and unearned moral high ground. He's just the worst. He achieves absolutely nothing in 9 episodes.
Later on, he'll become comic relief so I guess to some people that's enough reason to like a terrible person like him. 🤷‍♀️ I don't like him.
