I totally agree. You said it all so perfectly. I don't really mind Taek either but I just feel like the build up for Jung Hwan and DS is so interesting. I wouldn't mind it if they did a "well she had a thing with one but ended up with another" if only the personality of the husband made sense but even that doesn't work.
apart from cheong ya being gutsy as fuck enough to actually press the detonator when no one else would, she hasn't…
17 years ago Sooho was 10! Lol! She mentions that she was there for training and had to return to Seoul again so she was already a spy in SK by that point. I don't think she was reduced to a woman who needs a man to save her...I think she's just that basic! And I still think she has a debt of life she wants to repay and it's not really romantic love she feels for Sooho. Also pressing the detonator was extremely stupid. The bombs were a strategic threat, by exploding them she made the NK people more vulnerable. She is on a murder spree now. Because right now her only goal is to cover her own tracks as an undercover spy.
Bun ok reminds me of that one character in lord of flies that became the leader, started a cannibalist cult, and killed everyone else. For the record, the character was a sadistic sociopath who killed kids...it wasn't a good thing.
That was their stupidest move yet!Like I get why Soo Ho doesn't give a crap, but Miss I-am-ace-spy to do something…
Yeah, I think it has a lot of issues and I'm left irritated after certian parts but at the same time, it's also very entertaining. Entertaining enough for me to wait for the next episode, every week. So I can't say the writer is unsuccessful in what she's doing, either. At least it keeps my analytic brain going!

I don't really like the political side either. To me it feels like the political climate wasn't set up properly. Like they are just making it up as they go. It might all make sense when the whole show is aired but so far I think the show hasn't really given me a reason to applaud the political side either.
Lots of development in ep10 but I felt like it was off. Apart from the one with young SH, I am disappointed by…
I agree. The backstories are not particularly interesting. In fact I would say the show has failed to make any of the characters likable or charismatic enough. Some are intriguing while still annoying like the phone operator and some are liked due to the actor's halo affect, like SooHo whom I'm pretty sure I only like because it's Jung Hae In playing him. If it was someone else I would probably throw him under a bus!
NK spies thinking with their rear-end.Sure, lock up Houdini, spoilt-brat and the ANSP mole. TOGETHER. In the BASEMENT.…
That was their stupidest move yet! Like I get why Soo Ho doesn't give a crap, but Miss I-am-ace-spy to do something like this?! I don't know if the characters are intentionally stupid or if it's bad writing.
Btw Just a thought and before anyone dives in to grill me.. it's about the dr and not about the actual actress…
That's how a spy should do. The most important thing for a spy is to not have their cover blown. So she has to kill everyone to maintain it. Although it would be super suspicious if she's the only one who survives too. Which is why she also got the telephone girl in on it. Now they can keep her alive too but also she can't tell on them.
That scene where Boon-ok confronted the girls telling them they never think she exists, I wanna scream right in…
She has an inferiority complex. It's all in her head. No one had any ill intent towards her. The only person who disliked her was the opera singer. It's her own sense of worthlessness that she sees reflected in the students' eyes.
"Quick! Before they riot, drop all the show!"
Yeah I don't mind, though sometimes it's overwhelming.
They could have paced this for 4 weeks or even 12, but it will end airing in just two weeks!
Can't wait for it to air.
