that retreat scene is a pinnacle of a kdrama. a perfect example of lazy writing, very over-used, and logic defying.…
Hahaha I feel similar. Like there is no way to survive that fall too. But what can I say, I love cliches that serve their purpose and this one definitely does. If I wanted no cliches and trashy plotlines I wouldn't still be stuck to kdramas but here I am hahaha
can someone explain the FL's parents to me. is she a stepchild to the chairman? and her bio dad is in the hospital?…
Hee Joo's mother's ex-husband is in the hospital. Hee Joo is their daughter. Later, she remarried with the rich guy and he adopted Hee Joo. Hong In A is his chold from previous marriage ig. I don't think that he knows Hee Joo's true dad is still alive
I have not watched yet but I have seen reviews saying Ep5 was not on par to previous episodes... without any spoilers,…
It's less intense in terms of the thriller. More focused on relationship between the MLs. That's why some people focused more on romance are happy, and the ones focused more on the mystery are disappointed. To me, it was on par with previous eps.
is this gonna come in netflix after it finish airing? I'm in dilemma to start this or the double( this one's on…
Netflix's strategy this year seems to release dramas after they confirmed that they are a success. So I wouldn't necessarily say no, but it might take some time. Regarding the fact that it's on Viki already - Love Game in Eastern Fantasy was on Viki as well, and it didn't stop Netflix from releasing it. Depends what kind of contract do they have, if it's exclusive or not.
Is it mean all Korean TV will not be airing the Drama tonight and focussed on government news?
We can never be sure, but MBC has scheduled news all the way until the new episode. It's almost 4 hours of news, so I think it's enough time to cover everything and air WTPR. I was more worried that the voting would take place around 21-22 kst, but as it is finished already, I think there is a big chance that we'll see a new episode tonight. Unless some kind of other breaking news happens ofc.
Members of the National Assembly have voted to impeach him, but a trial still needs to be held before the Constitutional…
I just read that there are some issues with the court (there are only 6 out of 9 members appointed right now, and at least 7 judges are necessary to make the verdict, so the parliament and the acting president ' prime minister who is also investigated rn - have to agree on new judges), so it can get really crazy. But I truly hope the will of the people is executed.
Whoops, i.peachment sucessfull. Lets pray for our drama....
The voting was closed really fast this time around. Dunno about today's episode, but at least they won't have to repeat the impeachment vote next saturday.
I am wondering about the secondary leads. Cause by ep 3-4 I'd say that there was still time for the 2ML to fall out of love with FL and start sth with 2FL if the creators wanted to make a secondary couple. But now it seems that he's far too obsessed with FL and I'm starting to lean towards theories that he's a bad guy. If he isn't, I hope they give him and 2FL a better plot cause right now they just feel a bit like a hindrance.
He compared the 406's voice to Hee Joo's voice (probably from the police car). It means it's the same voice.
The original kidnapper only called on the 1st night and I'm not even sure if they recorded him. Besides, as the assistant said, all the other files are lost. So they only have the file when HJ calls SE.
Man I don't expect much from kdramas at this point, but at least some shoving to the wall would be appreciated…
When you have so much sexual tension between the characters, there has to be an adequate conclusion for the viewers. In some dramas, depemding on the overall tone I may not even need a kiss tbh, but here, the whole atmosphere is set up in a way that the viewers have their expecations. There is nothing wrong with that and the creators are aware of what they are doing.
