Boun even had to undergo a mandatory 14 day quarantine on the second week of April because he attended an event where one of the staff tested positive.
I’m sure no one wanted the drama to get delayed. It's just that the situation hasn’t allowed them to film.

I'm glad Haruchan told Mashiba that Shun acting freely is just his way of letting go - a way of protecting himself. Shun is such a nuanced character who, at the end of the day, is just trying to get through his past while carrying everything inside. I'm so happy Mashiba reiterated that it is him who she likes - why should he let her go? Not once in EP6 did she became confused with her feelings when the president came back. In fact, she's more confused with Shun's lack of reaction. Yes, she's happy when she found the president but the reason seems to be because the person she respects and admires (in their field of work) is back.
choi tae joon is doing a great job, imo. his glances and his little smiles after teasing geun young are screaming WHIPPED. you really can tell from the past episodes that he was opening up to her and slowly falling for her.
A good adaptation! I've only seen the anime and this live adaptation managed to include all key points of the anime. The Promised Neverland tried to be as faithful as it can for its two-hour length. It had great cinematography and amazing performances... individually. Chemistry-wise, I didn't feel much for the friendship of Emma, Norman, and Ray. The trio looked so mismatched.
Just started episode 3 and realized that this must be some sort of Arielle retelling and now I am so hyped
Yes! Many people have mentioned that the drama has some elements of a Japanese fairy tale. If you're interested to read it, the title is called Urashima Taro! Just like how the Hasuda brothers are all named with Taro~
Love the couch scene so much! It has a peaceful sense of intimacy and contentment in it. The chemistry and music really elevated the atmosphere on that.
I was screaming during the last five minutes of episode 4. Half of it was YEEEES then it kind of went NOOOOO but it eventually turned back to squealing. Lmao.

I just realized that Lu Zhigang (HIStory 3: Make Our Days Count) has the most connection in all HIStory series. His nephew is Cheng Qing (HIStory1: Stay Away From Me) and now, he's acquainted with the leads here in HIStory4: Close To You. Fun!
