The drama is suppose to be about Durian's "affair " which is nonexistent even after 14 eps so not bothering with that topic (not counting her affair in the Joseon Era).
I don't see him break up with Ayla anytime soon especially since she just lost her job and she's has a special place in his life. Dan Deun Myeong seems to be the type of person who just does as he's told from his manager to his parents but with SJ he wants to be selfish. However what he's doing is gonna do more harm than good to both ladies. Idk if Ayla even loves him or is just comfortable with him cause she seems to just do whatever her mom tells her do like a puppet.

He's in his late 20s (28) he knows what he's doing. I'm not giving him the benefit of that doubt that he's confused. His actions towards SJ are not appropriate especially after he's proposed to another woman. His parents/family don't seem like the forceful types, if he was confused he could have never formally entered a relationship with Ayla and taking time to sort out his feelings. But nooo he wants to be engaged to one while holding on the other. I'm especially annoyed cause he knows how SJ feels about him (she called him husband in their introduction) and now he's being selfish and wants all her firsts to be associated with him.

We never know with this writer 👀 most of her dramas are dramatic, choatic & extreme but the underline plot usually has heart that's why I continue to watch her dramas lol. Favorite drama from her is New Tales of Gisaeng
It costs the studios a lot to pay the real actors to use their own voice (C-drama productions have an unusual set up) especially the popular ones so they opt to use voice actors when dubbing dramas.
This drama has voice actors voicing over the on screen actors. Very commom in c-drama, took me a long time to get over it cause most voices don't match the actors on screen. Luckily Zhao Lu Si has found a voice actress who sounds just like her and most ppl can't tell the difference.
