I think it's expected...they’re the second leads. Sejin isn’t even in the opening credits, and unlike Miji and Hosu, they do not have a "couple" promotional poster. Even the Korean and international titles make it pretty clear. To be honest, i wouldn’t even expect a kissing scene between the two.

This show knows how to build a moment. From that scene to Hosu saying Miji's name to his confession, everything was top-notch. I'm sure the buildup for their kissing scene will be good as well.
