I've been avoiding it thinking it's terrible based on the negative reviews, and now I'm watching it after finishing ''The Bride of Habaek'' and liking Shin Sae Kyeong's performance. This is one of the most entertaining shows I've seen so far.

All actors are great, the main couple has chemistry. Kim Rae Won is very attractive, he's so calm and caring and normal despite his traumatic past. Shin Sae Kyeong looks very pretty with that haircut.

I can't help but feel sorry for Sharon, she tries so hard to get him back, she's a tragic character.

The old age make up looks unfortunate, even their wigs. Better cast older actresses.

The premise sounds so familiar with the Son YeJin and Ji Chang-wook Sageuk drama that's based on Untold Scandal…
Isn't it another adaptation of ''Dangerous Liaisons'' by Choderlos de Laclos? Untold Scandal is based on it.

ryul is the better actor so not really.
I said exactly the same thing and that user jumped on me with Oscars and Baeksangs, like it matters. Chani not trying to steal anyone's roles, he's slowly building a body of work and not chasing leading parts. His films getting screened at film festivals. He doesn't even know he has fans let alone unhinged stans. When he gets compliments about his acting, he always surprised that anyone even watched his work.

They were cast for their talent and they fit their parts if you read articles with characters descriptions. Someone needs to make a characters chart, everyone's backstories and relationships sound very interesting.

The director said she wanted to work with Chani. Chang Ryul worked with TVing before and they wanted to work with him again.

why Rowoon was not active during 2024? was there a reason?Rowoon is no longer part of SF9. He decided to leave…
SF9 are doing great, had two comebacks last year and got a win on a music show. Their next comeback scheduled for this March. They are on good terms with Rowoon, still following each other on social media and he's supporting their group and solo activities.

Not exactly. He left the group in 2023 to focus on acting.
He left the group, but he's still under FNC as an actor and he performs every year at the company's concert in Japan called FNC Kingdom. Jung Haein also sings songs there. They do duets and unit songs with other FNC artists. There was a rumour that he and Haein are preparing to release their debut solo albums this year.

i think this drama have a manhwa?
Chunhwa - explicit erotic paintings of Joseon era, depicting people having sex. It's not comics. They likely will recreate the look of paintings.

She acts and reacts like a human from the beginning, smirks and blinks, there's nothing robotic about the actress' performance and it's hard to suspend disbelief that he sees her as a robot. The only reminder that she's a robot is him occasionally saying ''Oh, you're a robot''.

Similar description doesn't mean similar plot. How many period idol dramas are there about Joseon era erotic art?
I learned from watching k dramas to never trust the description and trust the cast.
