Why is Sung Joon not listed in the actors? Even if its a supporting or guest role? Are they trying to hide his…
He's in a guest role, or a cameo, there was no separate article about his casting, he's mentioned in reviews. Everyone will be added once the episodes come out and actors revealed.
Here's a review article explains how carefully thought out the sex scenes are and how they used paintings for the most explicit parts. Might help some to decide whether to watch it or not. https://v.daum.net/v/20250207060106788
The second poster that was released first has Go Ara and Chang Ryul on it. We can assume they are the main couple…
The way Chani and the actors described his character and the plot there won't be anything annoying. Go Ara and Chani have cute scene together in the first episode.
Edited to avoid spoilers.
I don't mind love triangles, but I don't like when the second man is hurt or being used to make the other guy jealous. It's waste of actors talents.
I thought since the director is a woman so she would be careful about the content. I'm not surprised if this drama…
OTT doesn't have censorship like TV, this is why this drama and others similar to it released on OTT and not major TV channel. TV will blur these scenes if it ever be aired. TV keeps everything PG-13.
The sex scenes reflect the paintings and they staying true to the way the paintings look. The paintings actually show much more than just breasts. Google have some examples of Chunhwa.
I have no idea why they react like that...literally there are actual porn like explicit films of Lee min ki and…
They like ''Why you showing me this nasty thing in the broad daylight''. They will never be ready to watch things like that. Movies can show anything, they don't have restrictions like kdramas. And it seems like people don't watch movies, only dramas.
This is the first Seo In Guk drama where I like him. I finally see him emoting and not having the same one resting disgusted face the whole time. I should've watch this first instead of ''Doom at Your Service''.
It's ten episodes too long. - I love you/I don't love you - I'm gonna date your brother whom I don't love to make you angry and you go date his wife - it's always a waste of plot - Some episodes consist of the same repetitive scenes and dialogues
Chang Ryul is the main lead. Chani is the second lead, based on the description, his character is in love with Hwa Ri while her half sister is in love with him.
I like that the director here is a woman..not that common in kdramas.. the sex scenes then will also be filmed…
I doubt we will see any real nudity. Naked shoulders and backs maximum with lots of angels and shots from afar. I think most scenes will be shown as paintings and it will give them more freedom with showing sex. It's already teased in the trailer.
I've seen a drama where a table was standing in the middle of a room to cover nudity. Kdramas always pretty tame when it comes to intimate scenes. Actors, usually women, are not even comfortable with doing realistic kissing scenes and we end up seeing them shot from the back when you can tell they not really touching.
I'm enjoying it. And it has a lot of funny moments and dialogues. The actress looks very pretty in the past life scenes and she acts differently from her present self. I think she's good. All characters are fun, Kim Byung Ok who played a villain in Black Knight is so different and funny here.
I’ve never seen the ML in anything but ooh..he’s definitely a looker. and the fact that Chani from SF9 is…
It should still be on Netflix. Don't look at the low rating, and the synopsis on here doesn't actually describes the plot correctly. It's cool and it's very dialogue heavy. He worked with this director again on the new movie Galatea that's coming out this year.

Chani is not new to this type of stuff. His movie ''The Gossip'' (2021) is rated 18+. It's a dark comedy horror. He has shower scene, he's drinking, smoking, there's a lot of swearing and all kinds of sex jokes.
Edited to avoid spoilers.

I liked the second lead the most.
Seung Yeon is so cute.
